    The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

  2. ...to continue and allow the originating user to disconnect. Call Merge from the RC App needs to allow the merged callers to continue the call when originating user disconnects. Currently call abruptly drops when call merge originator disconnects. When the originator uses RC App Mobile, "the caller has disconnected the line" message is heard by the merged participants and call ends.   3. Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

In the RingCentral desktop app, would be a good option to be able to search by information found in the user profile, such as Department and Location.Often times in larger organizations, someone may be trying to reach someone in a particular department or location for a need, but may not know a name in that department or location.

  6. I was unaware of Ringcentral's data retention policy and lost access to my prior call recordings. It would be very helpful to be able to recover these call recordings past the 90 day retention window.

  7. Currently, you can only add and move teams in/out of folders using a drop-down menu. I think it would be easier if you could just click, drag, and drop teams (and perhaps people too) into desired folders in the left-pane.

  8. To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.

  9. We have Field Reps that our RingCentral users call on a daily basis. I have been asked multiple times if I can create contacts for the field reps and their mobile numbers for all users so everyone did not have to create them. We have more than 50 contacts. This would be a nice feature for only the Admin to delete/edit/manage/add the "global contact".

  12. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   13. Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).

    Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

  14. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

  16. The 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb' options only really work when you have a scheduled call. Often, if I receive an unexpected call, I do not use these options. If another call then comes in while I am on the first call, it rings loudly in my ears (I use earbuds through my laptop) and can cause a loss of concentration as I manually divert the second call. Surely RingCentral should be able to determine you are already on a call and divert it to voicemail automatically.

  19. The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

  20. Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the Voicemail. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.
