Please add a "domain control" option. It would be really nice to block people from creating "personal" RingCentral accounts using a corporately controlled domain email address.

I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

Team Profile Pictures (Upload/Add)
Having the feature to add/upload PNG/JPEG pictures for teams/groups (just like individual profiles) this would make it easier to view what team has updates and create an easier to use flow. For both the Mobile App and Desktop App.

Disable RingCentral App Auto-Update on macOS
On macOS, the Ring Central application installs a helper tool that requires privilege elevation to complete the install. Enterprises like ours do not provide administrative privileges to end users, so they can not elevate privileges. The end result is the user sees a popup requesting authentication for an admin this is difficult to clear. The popup reopens when you click "Cancel" until you close the application and reopen it.

Could the "accept queue call" status be visible on all pages of the RC app or permanent visible
We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after notice that they do not get que calls.Therefore it would be a good idea to show the status permanent on the RC app Maybe on all app types but for sure on desktop app.

AUTOMATICALLY SHARE NEW CONTACTS WITH TEAM
While working remotely or in different offices, when receiving new calls, we individually add a new contact name, number and email. Yet this is not shared to the other users on our team. We were informed the procedure is to export and then import regularly, and then repeat to/from each team member? This is very time consuming and inefficient.

It would be better if it repeated only once before going to the extension. With everything being configurable why is this setting hard coded? Thanks.. RC app search by department
In the RingCentral desktop app, would be a good option to be able to search by information found in the user profile, such as Department and Location.Often times in larger organizations, someone may be trying to reach someone in a particular department or location for a need, but may not know a name in that department or location.

Hide Contacts from RingCentral Contacts List
I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

RingCentral APP - Grouping Conversations/Messages
In the RC Classic app, conversations in Teams and Direct Messages group together. The new App does not do this, each message is a separate line and it's actually really frustrating/ugly. Can you please allow the option or set it so that messaging groups together? This would make a bunch of my Engineers very happy.

Reinstate Copy / Duplicate team
In New RC, it appears there is not a way to duplicate / copy a team. This feature is widely and heavily used within our org. We have a template team with members and tasks for each project, and this team is duplicated every time a new project lands. This is used a significant number of times a day/week, and incredibly critical to our org. needs.Without this feature, the RC app is very useless to us in terms of internal project and time management.

Incoming Call Announcement - Press 1 - Disable for Queues
When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

Per-user outbound caller ID list customization and search feature.
We have 281 company numbers and it would be nice if we could customize the outbound caller ID list list on a per-user basis so that users would only see the numbers they need to call out of. Currently, they have to wade through every single company number to choose the one they want. Need to have a colour scheme for people with Colourblindness
As a USER of RingCentral Service Web, we have a number of users who are colour blind. If a user has Achromatopsia this means most, if not all graphics are impossible to read. We can easily resolve this by using a similar process on Service Web and the RingCentral App, by using textures as well as colours. For example. Green Dots.
