  1. Similar to marking a voicemail as urgent after recording it, enable an option to mark a voicemail as private. This would disable the ability to forward the voicemail to another user, disable downloading the message from the mobile/desktop app, disable transcription, disable voicemail to email as an attachment, and disable voicemail transcription to email.

  2. Currently, when in Service Web (service.ringcentral.com), you can see the License column clearly indicating the license per user; however, when you download the user list, the file conspicuously is missing this very column.

  3. I was looking for where one user could have two phones in different locations but with the same extension. As it would be beneficial for a user with an office phone and a home phone.

  4. Public instutions most often demand additional survivability - on top of already existing redundancy options. They most often run critical infrastructures in order to still serve citizens especially in natural catastrophes and escalations to keep life and security operatiing.

    Currently Germany is not supported by Persist but it should like currently France or Netherland. Please add this country extension.

  5. RingCentral (RC) Android app call audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. Fully patched phones and apps up-to-date.

    I have the RC app on both phones.

    Audio for ALL calls to and from my RC Android app automatically switch to my Bluetooth watch (Galaxy Watch 4). The watch does not have its own cellular service.

    I need to enter the app and tap the Audio icon to select Speaker or Phone, in order to get the audio off the watch.

The customer mentioned that when they were previously using Cisco (non-multiplatform firmware) with the same phone model (Cisco 8851), they were able to transfer calls without a white screen appearing. They could simply select the contact name they wanted to transfer the call to. However, now that they’re using the same phone model with RingCentral, they experience a white screen during the transfer process, which makes it more difficult to select a contact easily.

  8. The customer wanted to remove restrictions and limitations of Park location extensions.
    They want to remove the following limitations of Park location extensions.
    Create up to 100 Park location groups. Call Park isn’t supported for outbound calling to another extension in your system. Call Park is only supported for warm transfers on desk phones that support the Call Park softkey. You can park 50 calls simultaneously. The default timeout value for Call Park, Public Call Park, and Park Locations is five minutes. You can park a call to a Park Location Group’s extension, but not to a specific user extension.

We have subscribed to the AI receptionist feature for our account, however the AI receptionist is having trouble on pronouncing my last name instead of "Kazor" it is pronouncing it as "Katchor" it would be better if there is way for us to correct this by just uploading a recording with the correct pronunciation and just upload it to the receptionist and just play that recording when transferring calls to my extension

  18. Allow a key press or any Command for Direct Voicemail Routing of a user extension. For example, I want to leave a voicemail to a user extension by using command on dial pad without dialing the extension and waiting for the call to get connected or be answered.

  19. The customer would like the ability to view and track call data at the individual number level, regardless of whether the number was purchased from RingCentral or ported in.

    Currently, the analytics portal only provides visibility at the queue level, which combines data from multiple assigned numbers. This setup limits their ability to analyze performance for specific marketing campaigns tied to unique phone numbers.
