  1. It would be helpful if we can see timestamp when we receive fax. Most people sending faxed have not configured time on their fax machine, so it always shows incorrect time on faxes.

  10. There should be an option to see the running memory of all the recorded calls to the account.

    For exmple : 1 recorded call is 1 GB once it is saved and the other call is higher, there should be an option to se the total amount of memory that used.

  12. We have small specialist teams of 3-6 for some call queues. Instead of a 30-60 second timer that repeats through the queue, a feature that would instead call each agent individually and end when the last agent passes/ignores the call without repeating the queue would be a great feature.

    Currently, if all agents pass and there is still time left, the queue repeats until the timer ends. Choosing a specific number of passes (one or more) would help a lot for small queues/businesses.

  16. The color of the text message bubbles has just switched to a dark blue background with white text. All of the other themes have the same dark background/light text. Are you aware of halation? 50% of the population has an astigmatism; for those with this condition, reading a light text on a dark background causes visual issues and can lead to headaches. There needs to be an option where all my text bubbles, both incoming and outgoing, are in a visual contrast that works for me.

  17. current behavior: Outbound call using IVN has limitation for EU that is can only use CLI for the following countries (UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Belgium)

    Finland IVN (+358) as CLI is currently not included in the list of counties in EU causing the number to error as "no routes found" when making an outbound call.

    Desired behavior: to be able to use Finland IVN as CLI for outbound calls in EU account

  18. Currently, if you're in an IVR's prompt menu, you have the option to change the prompt, but only by selecting a previously existing prompt. If I have a new audio file I want to use, I have to navigate out of the IVR menu, open the prompts library, add the file there, then go back to the IVR menu where I can now select the prompt from the list. This would be much easier if we could upload new prompt files without leaving the IVR menu.

  19. External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

  20. In the desktop app and are in the phone section and hover over internal calls it should give you the call option first then the message function. Right now it gives you the message function and the video function and to use the call function you have to select more. It should work like it does on calls that are external where it gives you the option to call and text.
