- we change the message recipient of 109 to 102 and we want it to show in the MISSED in the ringcentral app of ext 102

Improve the auto-detect to Computer Audio Devices.
Develop RingCentral App to be able to put audio through Stereo instead of only HANDS-FREE AG AUDIO.
I use a headset that my PC uses the Stereo channel for as default. The sound quality is far better. RingCentral will always default to PC Default for voice calls, but is incapable of putting audio through that channel. I have to change it at the start of the day every time.Video is a different issue entirely. The video settings constantly default, the first time of the day, to my PC Microphone and Speakers or uses the Stereo speakers of the headset.…

Remember last used section on mobile app
On iOS the RingCentral app does not remember or resume to the last used section if the app is killed by iOS. This is a feature request for the mobile app to remember the last used section.

Allow adding a name/note when blocking a number.
This UI has changed recently for the worse. Previously, when adding a blocked number to an extension (like the company admin), you were given the opportunity to enter a name for the blocked number. I would generally use a descriptor indicating why it was blocked (most often junk faxes). But this week, theres a new UI that only allows entering the number, then you have to find the number in the list to add the name. Please roll back this change. The new UI is completely unnecessary.

Need "Display Extn Number" facility enabled to display extn numbers on Yealink Phones
Can Ring Central enable the feature "Display Extn Number" in order to display extn numbers on the Keys of Physical Phones as opposed to names please.
Upon checking with support we have this feature with Polycom phones but Yealink phone is not included

Make all of the customer's phone numbers accessible to the admin
Customers in Germany often use blocks of numbers (e.g. 0-99). These belong to the customer and are ported to RingCentral. As admin, I currently do not see any of these numbers in the service portal and therefore cannot quickly configure a new extension or queue. This non-feature is not acceptable for the German market. Please make all the numbers of the customer visible and usable in the inventory. Thanks!

Expand Characters Limit For SMS
There is a current limit when sending SMS per attempt, it would be better to increase the characters per SMS attempt for the convenience of our users.

Add an customizable emergency notification on Ring Central
A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

Get Billing invoice as Excel file
Due to the number of sites we have, but accounting department would like the billing invoice in an excel format so they can formulate the cost management to each site easirer. The PDF version doesn't work for us and converting the PDF to Excel is just a mess.

Upload custom ringtone
This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

Direct transfer to VM for other phone
We have contacted support seeking instruction on transferring call directly to VM was provided the article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/How-do-I-transfer-call-directly-voicemail-using-Presence.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US
upon testing it our we are only able to use this feature on Poly and Cisco phone it would be better if this can be setup for Yealink phones as well1 vote -
