name direct numbers
I’m experiencing an issue with the names I’ve assigned to our direct numbers in the central user section. I name each number based on its location so that we can easily identify where calls are coming from and going to. However, I’ve noticed that these names are not visible in the app.
This functionality would be extremely helpful for us, as it would improve our call management and allow us to immediately know the origin of calls. Currently, it seems this feature is unavailable, but it would be of great value to have it implemented.

Easy way to remove Sync contacts on Mobile phone
We are using Ringcentral app for years now and Ringcentral contacts are sync with my Phone directory (Android phone) through google I have contacted Ringcentral technical support and I was walked through how to un- sync my Phone directory with Ringcentral however after the un-sync I need to remove 500 RC contacts on my phone manually, It would be helpful after the un-sync the data from RC will be removed from my phone directory or a way to do this in bulk from the RC app

Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11?
10 ----> 11 - initial call
11 ---> 12 - put on hold 10, calls to 12 - in the display of 12 it shows talking with 11, and then 11 transfer 10 to 12.
10 ---> 12 - 10 and 12 talk, in the display of 12 it shows talking with 10When the call ends, in the history of 12 it shows the call came from 11, and not from 10.

Fax recipient information
A customer would like to have the recipients information automatically filled
on the cover page of the outgoing fax that he will send aside from the name and phone number.

Migrating SMS Content from one Extension to Another
We encounter a problem where our main extension isn't following the correct call forwarding that was set up on the user extension. Tech rep fixed the issue by recreating the extension itself. The issue is when the newly created extension doesn't have the SMS content that we originally had on the corrupted extension and I found out that there's no way to transfer the SMS from one corrupted extension to the new recreated one other than manually forwarding it. FOR EMEA/UK accounts to have capability of sending SMS notification for voicemail
Current behavior:
- UK/EMEA accounts does not have option to add text number in receiving voicemail notification for both Advance and Basic
- this feature is only available for NA/CA accountsDesired behavior:
option in User > Notifications > messaging notification > Received Text Messages to set SMS carrier and SMS number to receive notification for voicemail
