Change availability status on ring central based on Zenoti Calendar appointments. i.e. I have an appointment that is checked in on Zenoti, my ring central will automatically be switched to not available and then will automatically be set to as available once I have closed out the appointment in Zenoti. I'm finding my staff forgets to turn their ring central back on after appointments and we are missing calls.

  4. I run an ecommerce company that uses ring central for our customer service. It's super convenient because the calls automatically record themselves and i can easily access those recordings via the dashboard or even through a plug in with Reamaze which is incredible. Thus, I dont understand why I cant do the same for voicemails my customers leave. Instead, I either have to have my agents go through their email or go to the admin portal for a dedicated voicemail report. Either would be an extreme disruption to their routine and would be a huge pain to train.

When a deskphone is paired there should be an option to keep active call windows on the RingCentral computer app without having to accept them there first, it's awkward to answer on the computer and then pick up the handset in instances where we don't prefer to use a headset, and it makes it much easier to use the otherwise great computer program and its features for things like transferring and monitoring calls

  6. We recently migrated to RingCentral and have come to discover that one of the biggest features we use is not available with RingCentral. From our desk phones, we are unable to conference if the two calls we want to conference are both external. It gives a busy signal instantly.To clarify, if we call an external phone number, then try to conference with a second external number, this does not work.   8. Due to rebranding, we need to make a bulk change for users email's suffix to reflect the new domain and I wish if this is available via either API or bulk import that modify only email field and overwrite the existing users

  9. When downloading the entire user list in Service Web in Excel format or PDF format, I would love to see a column added to see the online/offline status of each hard phone we have on the UID. This would enable us to perform quick audits to determine the status of hard phones at any given time period without having to click into each user/extension to check this under Users<Devices.

  11. It's a problem that calls recall to a phone where someone may not be and then ends up in that user's voicemail. It would help if you could create a park recall queue group so that it rings several phones.

  13. We have the opportunity to bring on an unsighted user as a receptionist and we were looking to see if there was a way to have voice commands of calls. The ability to answer, hold , transfer and conference calls specifically, by voice command and have RC respond.

  15. Right now, main number is assign to a user extension then from user extension, we've created custom rule to ring all devices. I don't want to assign main number to a call queue since it will not allow the user to answer multiple calls at the same time. But the problem is when a caller calls our main number and press direct extension, if main number is assign to a user extension, then it will adapt the bahavior I've created under custom rule of that extension which is, it will ring all the devices instead of ringing just my phone…

  17. We installed the archiver approximately 30 days after we installed RC and learned, unfortunately, that the call recordings prior to installation are unable to be archived. It would be great to have a manual way to save those calls or set date parameters for the archiver.

  18. Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls with blue tooth headphones. We can use the earbuds but the controls don't work and the "connect" button is gone in the new version of the app (https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/phone/phone-ringcentral-app/integrating-headset-with-ringcentral-app.html) in the Setting up USB HID devices.

  20. Be able to receive voicemail from Message only extension through desk phones only The customer doesn't want to receive voicemail attachments and notifications sent to his email address. They don't want their email to voicemail attachments and notifications to avoid accumulating space from their email account.
