Marketing Tracking
Hello, we want to be able to track our incoming calls with our different marketing channels. When we set up the account we asked that we have a different number set up for each that way we can track the origin of each call. So they set it up but it doesnt seem to work with our IVR system. Dial code/button to toggle Call Queues
We don't use an attendant during business hours. Calls ring through live. But we use an attendant at night. On our old on-prem system, we had an easy button on everyone phone to toggle "Night Mode" between our standard call queue setup and the attendant.In addition to making it easier to switch (we have non standard hours, so a schedule doesn't work), it also provided a visual queue since the button was lit up red when Night Mode was on.It would be nice to be able to do this with RingCentral hardware phones like our T54Ws.

Ability to Delete Calls and Messages in Bulk (rather than one by one)

Add Shared line on a User Extension's Call Handling.
The customer would like the Shared line to be added on the Call Handling of a User Extension. Once the Main Company number is dialed when a user extension has been selected they want to be able to include the Shared line on the Call Handling of a user extension to ring which is currently not working.

show only unread chat group
When click "unread" tab, it shows folders for unread chat groups. Can we only show unread chat groups without folders? It's a little bit annoyed to click the folder. And in fact, there is no unread message in some folders.

Assistance Provisioning for Mitel phones on Partner brands
Currently Assisted Provisioning to Mitel Phones are only applicable to RingCentral direct brand. For other partner brands, only option to provision Mitel phones is manual provisioning.We would like to add the feature to do assisted provisioning for Mitel phones to have all the phone features offered to RingCentral Direct

VM boxes for call ques are currently restricted to no more than 15 members. We need at least 40-50 embers to be given access to each call que vm's box.

Zenoti Integration
Change availability status on ring central based on Zenoti Calendar appointments. i.e. I have an appointment that is checked in on Zenoti, my ring central will automatically be switched to not available and then will automatically be set to as available once I have closed out the appointment in Zenoti. I'm finding my staff forgets to turn their ring central back on after appointments and we are missing calls.

Access voicemails just like you can access call recordings
I run an ecommerce company that uses ring central for our customer service. It's super convenient because the calls automatically record themselves and i can easily access those recordings via the dashboard or even through a plug in with Reamaze which is incredible. Thus, I dont understand why I cant do the same for voicemails my customers leave. Instead, I either have to have my agents go through their email or go to the admin portal for a dedicated voicemail report. Either would be an extreme disruption to their routine and would be a huge pain to train.

Option to keep RingCentral phone call window open when answering from a paired deskphone
When a deskphone is paired there should be an option to keep active call windows on the RingCentral computer app without having to accept them there first, it's awkward to answer on the computer and then pick up the handset in instances where we don't prefer to use a headset, and it makes it much easier to use the otherwise great computer program and its features for things like transferring and monitoring calls

Centralised Contact List OR Telephone Directory that can be shared with all-users of the company
I understand that you can add or import contact to the "Personal" contact list, but these contacts are only available to 1x user.I want a Centralised contact-list or Telephone Directory that can be shared with all-users of my company. This is the most important thing in a compnay that user's have access to contact-lists/telephne numbers those can be shared accross the compnay/users.I stronlgy recommend to introduce this feature. It is a basic feature provided in other telephone systems.
