  2. We have integrated RingCentral with Dynamics 365 so our team members can answer calls directly inside Dynamics 365. When using the RingCentral app to transfer a call internally we can search anyone in the RingCentral directory. Unfortunately, we cannot do this when transferring a call while using the RingCentral app inside Dynamics 365. It only allows us to see personal contacts or contacts that are inside Dynamics 365. It would be awesome if we could see the RingCentral directory while using the app inside Dynamics 365. Right now we have to do a manual import of all data each day…

  3. It would be useful and user-friendly if we can BLOCK faxes and texts FROM the app and from the item. Something similar to the ability (preferably easier) to what we can do for unwanted callers.

When selecting the user extension under devices and numbers, there should be an option or a button that says "swap number" and will have an option to select an extension number to swap the number..   6. For MVP plans, we want a feature wherein once someone left a voicemail, it will not show the details of the caller. For Message-Only Extension it should not show as well the phone numbers that the caller dialed

  7. Some customers are unaware that they are under a contract or the contract was auto-renewed. Having the soft copy or documentation in the Admin Portal will be helpful to both the customer and RingCentral support.

  8. Please add an option to stop the help bubbles in the PC app. I know how to use the app and would like to not click on more things to click out of a bubble telling me where to go to make a call.

Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  11. Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically

  14. We are able to log in to the admin portal and edit/customize our hold music anytime, but I cannot access the ability to edit/customize our park music. I would like them to be configured to be identical so it feels more uniform to our clients.

  19. When creating performance reports for each rep all monitored calls are counted as a call taken by the monitoring agent. we would like to exclude these to get an accurate number of calls answered/taken.
