  1. As per The customer having a key presses option under that voicemail will allow customer to choose if they are on a emergency situation and that key presses will be directed to a 24 hour customer service.

  2. With clients starting to utilize the texting feature with our team, we need to be able to notify our clients if they text a team member who is out of the office - like you do with emails. It would be great if this could pull in from the out of office message that you put in office.com/outlook.

  5. Allow RC AU Account to call using Blocked Caller ID to call AU NumberRC AU Account cannot use blocked caller ID number when making outbound calls to an AU number. The call gives busy tone onset of the call. Call is not hitting system call log.

  7. With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). It was extremely helpful as call handlers can quickly make decisions on who can accept a call transfer.The closest thing to this with RingCentral would be to look at everyone's status in the messaging page of the RingCentral app. Due to regulatory restrictions, we needed to have the messaging feature disabled in our RingCentral app. In an effort to duplicate something similar, our RingCentral expert helped…

Can we please change the voicemail notifications so that either the person leaving the voicemail or RingCentral can filter voice mails between which voice mails are considered urgent and which are not.This is so that users can determine what they need to respond to in what manner of time. Currently all voice mails have urgent in the subject line.

  13. Hello, I am a RingCentral subscriber and we are implementing a new Dynamics 365 environment with RingCentral integration. It works fine from Edge or Chrome on the desktop, but on the mobile app Dynamics wants to use the native iPhone dialer to call out. There should be an integration for the RingCentral mobile, or a way to set RingCentral as the native outbound dialer for iPhone.

  14. RingCentral has the feature wherein users can listen to how the system reads the Record User Name under Users > User Details > General.This let users listen to how it sounds rather than having to call and wait for the voicemail to kick in to test.

  17. Please allow CSV contacts to be uploaded in full, customer is adding 5593 members but is only able to add 13 members once the upload reaches 5000. In addition, creating contact group only allows 200 at a time - cust requests if the contacts can be selected all at once.

  19. The lowest minimum number of maximum callers in a queue is 5 (cannot select below this) I need to set that as a maximum of 2 but cannot. Please add 2 as an option there.

  20. Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.
