be able to view presence status of deskphone users in RC Jupiter app HUD
The customer utilizes the HUD to see extensions that are active, online, offline, etc. Almost all end-users use the app which show in the HUD correctly but we've got 6 Polycom phones where the status does not change between when the phone is in use or not in use.

Call transcription to text
Transcribing calls to text (like is currently done for voicemails) would be a useful feature in RingCentral. It could likely be paired with CRM systems to have a record of what was discussed on calls.

Option for RingOut caller id on Call history
Currently, RingOut option will only displayed the Custom Phone Number in the call history instead of the dialed phone number. If option to display the called number is available, that way users can easily tell who they have called.

Please create a feature to create org-wide block rules for abusive or phishing/ scam SMS messages. Some of our users are being inundated with spam!

Remove "Press One" to Answer
Pressing One to answer should be optional. This is an unnecessary and in many cases unwanted step. It also can be dangerous because in many cases because often calls forward to a driver who has to press one while driving.

Copy/Paste Messages does not work well
Lots of blank lines, can only copy/paste Messages 1 screen at a time vs. selecting multiple consecutive lines for a longer conversation with someone, etc.

MMS for RingCentral for Salesforce app
Customer is requesting the ability send and receive MMS messaged within the SF adapter. They are currently testing out the integration and will be deploying it to many users and discovered that MMS (mainly images) are not supported. They need this capability as they need to receive images from their field workers and customer on the status or issue with one of the Culligan Water products. Culligan has been a great customer and continues to expand domestically and globally with a recent addon of locations in the US and Europe (over $1M TCV addon).

2-factor Authentication increasing the number of seconds in entering the code
Wanted to increase the number of seconds to input the code. Customers are given 60 seconds to input the code and wanted to extend the number of seconds from 60 seconds to maybe 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

Georouting inbound calls based on caller's NPA-NXX.
This can already be accomplished via custom rules, but would need to allow users to add values in bulk by allowing them to Copy + Paste values separated by commas in Custom Rules. RC currently forces users to add each value individually.Here is a link to show you how Dialpad does it. Dialpad Georouting process

set the number of minutes that the call can be forwarded to external number
Hopefully, it will be added as a feature so that the customer can forward the calls to an external number for a certain number of minutes. For example the call will be forwarded to a mobile number for 10 minutes and automatically revert back to the original call forwarding settings

Incoming Call Announcement - Press 1 - Disable for Queues
When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

Email Fax Confirmation to Contain Cover page
Would it be possible for email confirmation from RingCentral once fax is sent to display cover page preview? This will help users know exactly what was faxed with a quick glance.

Remove user's extension announcement on DND ( Dial by Name Directory)
We have several business units. Some use direct dial numbers and some extensions. When using the DND (Dial by Name Directory) feature, an automatic announcement indicates that the call is being transferred to USER, extension XXXX. We do not want external callers to know the extension of our users. Unfortunately, we cannot suppress this announcement.

Inbound Faxing with Announcement Enabled
When toggling the Play Announcement feature [ON] in Call Handling, faxes are missed due to call(s) not being sent to Voicemail. I would like to have a feature that allows Users to Play Announcement to missed calls and also allow faxes to be received on the extension. Use Case: User leaves office and wants to play announcement to Callers that they are away. Faxes are still desired, but missed if User is unaware of this feature limitation.

Option to report issue to existing case instead of creating a new case.
It would be nice to be able to report an issue that is related to another case by giving the user a location to reference an existing case. Currently when you Report an issue it creates a new case number, which then has to be routed to support staff that already have a case open for exiting problem.

Manually change status while "In a meeting"
While having your status follow your calendar, it is not possible to manually change your status from In a Meeting to anything else during scheduled times. Your status should allow manual override of In a Meeting should someone still need to accept calls during a scheduled event.

When forwarding a call, show caller ID of original caller, not person who forwarded the call
When our receptionists takes a call and forwards it to the appropriate team member, the call shows up on the team members phone as coming from the receptionist, not the original caller. would be easier for our team if it showed the Caller ID of the original caller.

Give "Call Ques' the ability to Present 2nd Call to a user 2nd Primary Line Button that is already active on a call.
was able to create work around by using "Custom Rule" to route incoming calls to Virtual extension and using "Call Handling" to add "coworkers" to "Ring all at once" .The problem with this workaround is, the user who answered the incoming call is not shown as busy or "on a call" to the other users.Please help.
