  1. people that are hard of hearing need closed captions for phone calls too; not just video meetings. This feature should be accessible in the Phone App and for voice mail; it should provide a text version of the voice mail.

  2. In the RingCentral app, if the "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" option is toggled on, it will launch automatically for all inbound calls. It would be nice to have a checkbox to control whether the web page launches automatically, or upon the user clicking a notification to accept. This will enable the user to skip launch on any inter-company or non-customer related calls.

  3. In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.

  4. Feature to allow adding of Operator in Ringcentral call queue. Operator option will allow callers to break out of the menus and speak to a designated person. This feature is currently not present.

  5. The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

  6. We have had great success with the call recordings system with RingCentral, Thank you.What is difficult is when we are searching for a recording but don't have the number. It would be handy to have the columns be sortable (call time, extension, from number)

When a user is already on a call, and another call comes in, the phone continually rings over the original call.This makes it difficult to hear the original caller.I would propose that if a user is on a call and another comes in, RC makes a single ring tone to indicate another call is waiting, then just leave the pickup wizard on screen for the user to interact with.

  11. Support for H.264 video calls from 3rd-party SIP door phones to Poly CCX devices. Per Sam Focak: "We've been told that would be looked at in the future, but I don't know where it sits in priority on the roadmap - you'd have to look to RC product management for if/when it would be supported."

  13. It would be beneficial to download all Numbers and bulk edit the Names in a spreadsheet then upload the changes. One by one takes too much time. Would help organize the account.

  14. We have users that may be away from their desk or unable to answer a call that is transferred to them. Rather than having the call go to VM we would like it to go back to the person who transferred the call so they can then ask the caller if they would like to talk to someone else or if they would like voicemail. Then they can be transferred to another user that can help them or they can be transferred directly to the persons voicemail.

  15. There is a limitation in shared lines that you cannot do both incoming and outgoing calls at the same time. It is best if the feature can do that way, to continue to receive incoming calls while doing an outbound.

  16. When allow only SSO Login is turned on, an admin with the ROLE auth is able to turn the SSO switch off inside an account and add emails outside the SSO domain. Ultimately it allows an admin to create users outside of the domain.This should not be allowed. At the minimum we should be able to report on which accounts have the SSO off activated.Please add some method by which an admin can identify the status of that button on each account in a report fashion.

  18. Would like to have a report generated for when a user goes into "Offline" status. In the Audit Log, we are able to see if a user is in DND and when they are available, but not for when they are "Offline"

  19. Currently, you can't change the expansion module of a phone for a user who is part of a shared line.Error Message Devices with expansion modules can't be members of a shared line group.
    - Remove the device from all shared line groups to proceed.Hoping to change the expansion module - even if a user is part of a shared line group
