Hi, TeamPlease consider adding Archiver to Audit Trail TimestampsWe need to identify who or which user have Disconnected or Connected the Archiver.Also, any status changes should automatically send a notification to the Super Admin or mutiple email whether an Archiver was Disconnected or Connected,The Archiver status is very essential for some business where they have ti keep important call logs & recording. A notification / Time stamps to the users whether it was Disconnected or Connected by someone or Disconnected due to change of Archiver credentials would help them manage it and prevent loss of impotant files. Thank you.

  2. Our company would greatly benefit from the ability to share data and viewing permissions for all numbers. Especially if we can go between a "teams/multiplayer" view which has tags and internal tooling to show which person interacted at which stage and a "personal" view that shows only your interactions.This feature was assumed by us with the name "RingCentral" and is easily our biggest disappointment with using RC.

  3. The customer would like to have the option on the interface of the Admin Portal under Licenses and inventory that they can easily find their available numbers by clicking it instead of adding the numbers manually under reserve number.

  5. When we are in our apps individually logged in, it shows that we have missed calls when the call was answered by another team member. This causes issues for our business as we look at missed calls & return them if notified.

  6. My boss has blue tooth hearing aids that are compatible with his iPhone, but the Ring Central App does not recognize the Hearing Aids as a BlueTooth device. Does the App, when working on an iPhone, have blue tooth capability? What blue tooth products, i.e,. AirBuds, BlueTooth Hearing Aids, etc., are campatible with the Ring Central Mobile App?

  7. I would like to be able to change the definition of what is considered an abandoned call. We have callers who call for one or two seconds and then hang up. I would like for those not to count as calls to avoid having calls that were impossible to answer listed as a negative for my team

  8. At the moment, if a user picks up their phone to dial a call, either from the desktop application or desk phone, they still show as available until that call connects. It would be most helpful if they showed as Not Available once the call was initiated, so there was not this in-between time from moment of dialing number until all is connected before they show as Not Available.

  9. The customer is getting spam voicemails. These are 20 sec of silence voice messages. If the spam calls cannot be blocked, there should be no way for spam call to leave and send voicemail.

  12. In our scenario, message-only extensions are only used to receive faxes. Patients have been able to dial random numbers while in the phone tree and leave voicemails on a specific message-only extension. These voicemails will go unanswered, as they are not even being left at a location in the same state. The ability to exclude these message-only extensions from being dialed would be ideal

  13. MESSAGING / TEXT / SMS - When searching for a team member in the Contact list you can either send a message to their Extension or their assigned numbers. It is possible to hide every number EXCEPT the extension.Would like an option to hide the extension so that the contact list is just a list of personal numbers. Sending some messages to the extension, and some to the contact number makes multiple, confusing places for messages to live. Messages that are sent to extensions instead of direct numbers are not tracked in the billing exports for compliance reasons.

  16. Although a short code number has been added to blocked numbers on our operator extension, my users are still getting spam texts from the number. Please add the ability to block these. Furthermore, when I add a short code number to the list of numbers to block, it prefixes the number with the number 1.

  17. During a call (not at the start of a call) a person may need to play a legal disclaimer or other pre-recorded audio clip. It would be nice if the caller could trigger the audio clip playback during the call and then return to the call once the audio clip is over. Please note, that if this is a recorded call, then the audio clip should be included in the recording as well.

Being a healthcare facility and having to adhere to HIPAA guidelines, we were excited to see RC have an option to automatically announce calls were being recorded when we call our patients, however, this is causing huge issues as when we dial out to an external number, we on our end hear our recording that states the call is being recorded and if we wish to not be on a recorded line to hang up.
