  2. It would be great to be able to upload more than one music file for callers to hear either as they're waiting to be connected or placed on hold. Additionally, the files should be able to be cycled through so as calls come through, the callers don't hear the same song from the beginning every time.

  3. If others use the home computer that I use (I am a therapist who works from home), it would be great to have a passcode for the app itself so even if others can access the computer, they can't access the app.

Integrate with larger enterprises that are moving us into new spaces, like SpaceX, and create a customizable version for those new spaces (i.e., Ring is innovating and smoothing the web and work spaces with VOIP and messengers, Tesla is innovating the roadspace, and SpaceX is, well, innovating into space). This would look like, for example, an integration with the Tesla hand-free driving and operating software, it would include, and perhaps this is a separate idea, but also having an in-built python functionality so that RingCentral apps could be customized to the customer by the customer (i.e., colleges, for mapping solutions…

  6. I continually forget that I added a custom status like "available on cell only" or even Out of Office. I can't see my status unless I go up to check it.It would be great if that share status messaging was just there like the dot color is.

  8. Currently using the touch tone keypad when in a call sends a pulse tone for each button pressed. Some menu navigation systems need a longer tone to recognize the button pressed.Would like to see a setting within the Ring app to be able to set the tone duration to be pulse or as long as button pressed.

  13. Ability for an admin to configure which outbound caller IDs are eligible for an end user to select. Example, not all company numbers, but just some, or only UK numbers and never the US company number, etc.

  14. Two companies are being managed in one account through Multi-Site. The Super Admin will give access to one of the Users of the other company so they will have access to their IVR Menu. However, that User shouldn't have access to the greetings under the Prompts Library.

  17. Having a different ring when a call comes directly to their phone, vs when it is comes through the mainline number that has a call que set up to go to multiple different people? (i.e. if someone were to call my direct line or my extension directly as opposed to calling the main business number that has a call que set for it to ring to four different people until someone answers it so that we would by the different type of ring?

  18. It would be great to add the ability to received notifications for missed calls for delegated calls. Often the Executive assistant needs to return missed calls and if they do not have access to the notifications, it's very limiting.

  20. Sometimes we need to create a conversation between two or more people. Often, you can just cut and paste the email and click enter. The contact will then be added to the list of email(s) you wish to connect with (to intiate a discussion). This is the same for a direct message or group or team.The issue:Often a cut and paste will include mailto:abc@company.com.RC App will hate the "mailto:" prefix and consider it a bad email. Is it possible to simply trim/ignore the prefix automatically upon validation?
