  2. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".

  3. Presence feature is only for RingCentral numbers. Hoping to add external numbers to show on phone's screen for Presence. Or if possible, speed dial numbers can be added to show in phone's screen.

The majority of ACO customers are coming from an Avaya IP Office system, that is feature rich and very flexible, most requests we can overcome on ACO, but the ability to login / logout from Call Queues via Avaya J100 Series phones is one that we cannot overcome.   5. My colleagues receive my emails, meaning they are able to see the texts that RingCentral forwards to my email (in case I'm unavailable or out of the office). The problem with this, is that they only show the person's phone number, and not the contact name in the email. If one of my colleagues wants to email that person back because I am out of the office, they have to manually search through contacts to see who texted me, even though that person is in my contacts.   7. We don't want popup notifications when every call is placed on Park. This feature began on 6/15 when HUD went from Beta to Live. We want to be able to customize/set our popup notifications so we can control which and when we receive messages, phone calls, etc.

  9. There is a default value called the Inter Digit Timer on a J139 desk phone. This timer controls the amount of time you can pause while entering a number on the phone before the phone dials the number you've entered. I don't know if it also exists on other phones, but I would guess that it does. The value of the inter digit timer is 3 seconds and apparently cannot be changed. That means that when you're dialing a number on a J139, if you pause for 3 seconds the phone will dial your partially-entered number and you'll get an…

  10. As a small business we have two extensions, each with their own contacts list. The lists are exclusive and not shareable or mergeable. We need one main contacts directory only and would love this option.

  11. Please add the ability for the company main fax line number to be selected as the outbound fax caller ID by users. Right now users can only select their direct line or the main company phone number. We want most of our clients to fax to the main company fax line and not see employees direct lines.

  13. Allow the user the ability to mute or change the volume for RC App, whilst in a RCV meeting so that the notification sound does not disturb the meeting. Similar to auto Do Not Disturb when screen sharing in a meeting, but not complete DND, only allow the volume or type to be changed when not screen sharing

  16. Very special need: as a trainer and I need to do housekeeping after every training session. Deleting every queue and every IVR and every park position one by one takes a lot of time.I'd like to have a "wipe everything" button for the system mailbox. Kind of like a factory reset.

  20. Currently when a team is in a user defined folder the position is set and to reorganise teams a user must drag-and-drop. Would like to ability to activate 'automatic sorting' where a team with an unread message is always placed at the top of the list.'Auto-Sort' should be able to be enabled on a folder-by-folder basis.This behaviour was available in Ring Central Classic but was removed (for unknown reasons) from the new Ring Central app.
