the only way for us to block unwanted/ spam sms or mms is blocking the full 10 digit phone number. Hoping we will have a feature to block or filter special numbers, spamlikely numbers, or number less than 10 digits.

Bilingual and Multi-lingual Voicemail Transcripts
Staff in the office where I work are bilingual (English & español in our specific case). Many of our clients are native Spanish speakers and most of them either prefer to speak Spanish or only speak Spanish. The voicemail transcript service seems to only work with English. As we have both English and Spanish-speaking clients, we get voicemails in both languages (on rare occasions a client will switch languages mid-sentence. Spanglish?)It would be nice if the voicemail transcript system would accommodate other languages commonly spoken (here in the USA) and auto-detect the language spoken.

Add a filter button on the download all numbers
Hi teamCan we add a filter button on the download all numbers so that the customer can select which area code or location of the numbers they want to download?It seems that the only option on the Phone system tab > Phone numbers > All numbers > 3 dots is the download all numbers and no option for the customer to choose which numbers they would like to download.

Ability to align site name with pre-defined Cost centre in Admin portal
Currently, it's possible to move a license around in MVP for ease of reassignment. This becomes complicated when the license is moved to a user in a different Cost Centre to where the license was originally purchased/registered.This leads to a lot of clean up activity needed after on/offboarding, to ensure that the correct cost centres are being charged for the users within them.It would be great if, when reassigning a license, a prompt popped up asking whether this should move to the cost centre of that location too - and then that CC info could be copied onto that user's…

Outbound CLI Selection
Currently if a user is given permission to select what outbound CLI they want to present on an outbound call they have complete visibility of every CLI that is configured on the platform and can select any CLI.Within our RingCentral instance we have hundreds of CLI's allocated so being able to select the required outbound CLI is clumsy, prone to human error and not quick due to the volume of numbers we have. Add Inbound/Outbound event filter to the instant message event
The instant message event currently delivers a payload for new inbound messages that include the message details, meaning an additional api call to retrieve the message details is not necessary, unlike the message event. It would be useful to be able to receive outbound messages as well as an instant message event, especially for integrations in which users will also be utilizing the native ring central sms functionality within the portal.

Disable DND sofkey on Polycom phones
Our MVP standard account doesn't give us the ability to disable the DND softkey on phones per user/phone. We are looking to upgrade our account (for a different reason), but do any of the plans give the ability to control access to the DND softkey via the admin web portal?

Remove hyperlink from text
Current behavior: If you type or enter an IP address or domain name, it is automatically displayed as a clickable hyperlink. Desire behavior: The ability to right click on the string identified by RC app as a hyperlink and remove the hyperlink so that it's displayed as just a raw stringThis will improve cases where the RC app misidentifies text as a hyperlink and also allows users to share links/IPs while removing the risk of an accidental click, should the link or IP be malicious or intended to be not clickable

Ability to export Site Caller ID field data from MVP Admin Portal.
With the importance of CNAM and OB Caller ID, having the ability to:1) visually see Caller ID field data for each site as a column under Admin Portal > Phone System > Company Information2) have the ability to export Caller ID field data by site for an overview to know if the Caller ID needs to be updated based on company changes or acquisitions.

Shared Status directly shown in the HUD
Last 10 years we used xphone with the teampanel. (its like the HUD of RingCentral). It would be a great improvement if the shared status shown in the HUD directly.

Group Memberships to include Ring Groups
It would be helpful if Users / Group Memberships would also show the Ring Groups that users belong to. To take it a step further is would be great to be able to add/remove Ring Groups from the users in this area as well.
