Add another option to "Maximum Wait Time is Reached, send caller to"
Currently, the options are voicemail and external number, customers are requesting to add an option to choose another call queue or extension number.

Alert When User Presence Changes to Available
It would be helpful if we could set some kind of presence alert that notified us when a user becomes available. If we are trying to connect with another team member that is on the phone, we have to constantly check back to see if they're still on the phone. It would be nice if there was a notification you could enable to alert when they get off the phone, so you don't have to keep checking your Ring Central application to see if they're available.

Filter download user list
Would like to be able to filter the download user list by Role, Site, Status, and Department before downloading the list. This is beneficial for my company that has over 3000 users and more than 50 site. The download user list should only download what has already been filtered under the users with extensions or download all users.

Bypass Extension Greeting Internal call trnasfers
Would like the option to bypass the greeting when calls are transferred from/to an internal extension but leave the greeting intact when calls are made inbound to the direct number/extension.

further narrow the 'Message Panel' Column to give more space to actual messages
I switched to the new layout for the desktop app and noticed that the message panel column takes up an unnecessary amount of space on the desktop app. I would like to be able to further narrow the left column (message panel). It eats up a huge amount of real estate that would be better used for center column with the actual conversation (see attached). The same problem exists on the web app. I am only able to narrow it to about 1/3 of the overall screen - which is a total waste. I submitted a ticket about this (#18823765)…

.HEIC File Format on SMS
Please add support for file formats .HEIC .HEIF .HEVC on SMS. We are a healthcare company that request timesheets from nurses. 50% of our user base has iphones and it is an impossible task to request them to set different photo settings to send in a .jpeg instead. Passing on this task to our customers discourages them and results in lost business for us.

sending to voicemail instead of ringing second extension when on an active call
I am using ring central with several extensions. When a call comes in it goes to my desk extension, then if I don't answer it rings my cell phone extension. But it also goes to my cell phone extension if I am on an active call on the desk extension. I would like to see a setting that when I am on an active call it can be directed to voicemail instead of ringing the cell phone extension. It is very annoying to be on a call and my cell phone rings and rings as hitting the "X" to decline…

Stop Queue Call from Ringing on Offline Users!
I have discovered that Call Queue calls will arrive to members who are Offline (Offline being laptop shut down, or user not logged into a computer).On our busiest call Queue which is setup as Rotating, the calls are arriving to offline members and then ringing out on it’s maximum wait time, and then moving onto the next offline person. This is contradictory to the guidance on your own website on how a call queue will behave, but support have stated this is normal system behaviour.This happens on all Queue types (Simultaneous, Rotating and Sequential).Please update your systems ASAP as this…

I'm testing with the Mitel 480G enrolled in RingCentral.Found that I can start but can't end a call with the speakerphone button. I need to press the Line button.This functionality exists on the Polycom phones.

Call Tracing/Blacklisting Service like *57 from other carriers
When the customer was using their previous cisco phone service in the scenario that their was ever a threat called into a school, customer would use the function *57 that would blacklist the number when they checked their logs, the customer wishes to add function on RingCentral that they could use in the case of a threat being called in.

Change User's Presence from Admin Portal
It would be very helpful to be able to change another user's presence from the admin portal. For example, if a user marks themselves as DND and then leaves for vacation without including in theis status note that they're on vacation, it is assumed that they are in the office, but unavailable at this moment. VS being offline, and not available because they're out of the office for the day. At this time, we currently remote into the user's system to update, or, change their password while they're out, to log in as them, and update that way. Very clunky…

Disclaimer link to SMS texts
As a mortgage bank using ringcentral for our Loan Officers, processors and underwriters, disclaimers and opt outs must be available to all communications with borrowers and clients. Legally we must have them on all emails but in using SMS with Ringcentral we are unable to do so and it is protenatilly causing us to change our future plans with RingCentral...whcih we do not want to do!

Out of office auto reply to text messages
We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.
