Add keyboard shortcut/ hot key to end a phone call
Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.

With Multi-site feature, need ability to rename Main site from 'company'
From admin, can see that it is called “Main Site”. It would be helpful to be able to change it to “Newsitename”

Allow multiple CallerID - Text
It would be nice to be able to modify the Outbound CallerID Number and Text being shown. We currently have two sites under our MulitSite RingCentral Account to do this.

Caller ID should include our business name
Initially, our service was setup to go to a call queue then it got transferred to us. We had to change that because calls weren't getting routed to our answering service when we weren't able to answer. During this time our caller ID had our business name attached and we wanted it that way because there were issues with our distinct ringtones changing. When the support person changed it today to route directly to us rather than the call queue we no longer had the option for our business name to be a part of the caller ID. We would…

Recordings Location
Currently the only way to change your location of where your video recording is stored is to do it through the RC Meetings app. Since the RC app is supposedly a combination of all the Ringcentral apps, it simply does make sense that this feature is only available on the RC Meetings app and not the original RC app.

Incoming Caller ID for Each Company
I have 3 phone numbers under my one account; each phone number is for a different company. There is 1 main line for one company, and then 2 virtual lines for the other 2 companies. I would like for when the calls come in on my ring central app to show which company is being called. Please Retain Status Updates on your Service Status Page
When I have to explain to management why there was a Ring Central outage or issue, it's helpful to refer to the status updates on your service status page. When you engineers post a "resolved" update, then remove all the statuses for the issue 5 minutes later, as happened today, this is not helpful. You need an outage history and also Report of Resolution archive.

Add ability for managers to download calls of direct reports only, not for the entire organization/site.
I would like to provide managers with the ability to download calls from their direct reports. We use calls to train new hires and existing hires because their talk tracks can determine a high quality vs. terrible experience for our customers. Right now, they have to request the calls from a central administrator, which requires time and resources that can otherwise be eliminated. Managers could also manage in real time without having to send a request for the call and then having to wait for the admin to get to the request and send it.

Edit Voice Greeting for Blocked Calls

Call handling - option for mobile app only
With the Outlook app now being the only way to schedule meetings from Outlook, calls now ring to the Outlook app. There is an option to turn off the desktop app, but the outlook app and mobile app are bundled. If we disable Outlook ringing when the desk phone is called, we also lose the mobile app ringing. None of our users want the Outlook app for anything other than scheduling meetings.

Courtesy/Information Phone - Single Purpose
We used to have a phone in city hall that you could pick up and it would automatically call the mayor's office. This allowed them to get information. I was told this can not be done in RingCentral currently

Dial By Name with 4-5 digit dialing
Request to have the dial by name directory press option to have 4 to 5 digit dialing instead of 3.

Ability to send voicemail notification to Glip team using team email address
We would like to have email notifications from call queue voice mail go to specific teams created in Glip. We have set this up, but the email does not post to the Glip team. It appears to be a mail handling issue. Please fix this.

Don't hide emoji flyout menu on click
This is maybe new behavior so maybe my muscle memory needs resetting, but when I want to "Like" a post, I go over to the emoji place and click to see the flyout."NO. Stop clicking. Now you just hover. If you click, it closes the flyout. Arg."This is annoying for me anyway :) If you could allow me to click there and not close the flyout, I'd appreciate it.

Persistent presence 'dots' on Messages/Team chat/Contacts windows.
Still new to RC and exploring about - and finding that certain items, while seemingly logical, aren't programmed in. (Well, 98% programmed...)What I mean by this is there are the Presence 'dots' (status colors) for when you are seeing the users under Direct Messages displayed under Messages. green/gray/red/etc. As well as in other areas on the RC app.If the screen is set to show the Team members (the Pinned/Files/Images - sidebar) - why do the Dots not show up. Update Web service portal's language when removing did phone lines
Recently, while removing 37 DID phone lines from our premium web portal, there was 2 options, 1. Hold line and move to unassigned area. 2. Release and remove line. The 2nd option leads us to believe we are no longer liable. You should add language in there specifying we still need to contact our RC Rep and let them know what DID numbers to actually remove from our account so we are not paying for them anymore etc.
