  1. I have several clients who speak Spanish and 2 that speak Armenian. Unfortunately, I can only speak English. I would like to have the ability to chose the language my client speaks and if it is different than English, when I make a call, the system will know what language my client speaks and will translate of my behalf to my client and vice versa.

  2. Since we have multiple sites on our account it would be nice to bulk assign inventory numbers to Auto-Receptionist numbers and then change the site the number belongs to. It helps organize all the numbers on our account.

  5. Need to have MFA for the RC app, because you can do so much from the app and once logged in and clicking links, it takes you to the web portal and logs you in automatically and from there I can access my Admin panel. MFA is required to secure information shared in VM, call logs and etc. We really need MFA on desktop app and mobile.

  7. We have some user complains about the ringer notification sound from RC extension in google chrome. RingCentral support suggested to choose "OFF" as the RC ringtone in RC desktop app or from web interface. Despite that we hear classic phone ring sound when there are incoming phones. we would like to have an option to turn this ringer sound off.

  8. Pretty straight forward and I can't believe that you didn't think of this idea already. You DO have an option to start the app on Windows startup, but it would be really nice if the app also started MINIMIZED.

  11. When we add a user with extension, the user automatically gets an email notification that the device has been added and gets the SIP information via that same email. Is there a way to disable this? We program everything on the back end ahead of time and do not want this information to be sent to our users.This is important to us as we do alot of acquisitions and do bulk updates of many users at once.   14. Many of our customers request more options in terms of creating logic for Custom Answering Rules, and Smart Holiday Options.
    Request to add:
    - Options to specify something like "The second Tuesday of every
    month from 9 AM to 5 PM"
    - Options to specify something like "Annually on May 10 from 9 AM to
    5 PM"
    - Options to "Repeat every ## [Days, Weeks, Months, Years] and end
    [Never, On __ Date, or After __ occurrences)
    - Option to select smart major Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving,
    etc.) that don't need to be updated every year.

  16. When the Incoming Caller ID Display is set to called number and internal caller ID the extensions calling 1 another will have the Incoming Caller ID displayed is the extension they are calling.

    For example extension 101 calling extension 109
    the displayed caller ID is 109

    Customer would like to have exception on the internal calls when Incoming Caller ID Display is set to called number

  20. Currently when playing a voicemail it plays the name of the caller, if not available the caller ID number, but not both. It would be nice to have the following per our staff request...1. the option in mailbox settings to allow you to turn on/off the envelope informaiton (was in Shoretel/Mitel in the past)2. Play both the name and number3. Play the number more slowly4. Have the ability to "rewind" so you can replay the last section without having to re-hear the entire message.
