Allow RC App(Unified) as Call forwarding - aside from the RC Phone App
User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).

I would like it to stop jumping to the end of the thread when I post a comment in a team or group message thread.
We are using Ring Central for proofing by posting a document as a Powerpoint file. Then we add pinpoints with changes. When I am replying to a comment it always jumps me to the end of the message thread. I would like it not to do this. Help!

Move time stamp so it is not hidden under the emoji menu
When I hover over a message the time stamp is covered up on app when using PC. This makes it difficult to find messages at particular date/time when scrolling through a filtered search.

Having the option to put all users under the same main number with no individual numbers, just extensions
There should be an option for all users to be under the main number and only have extensions as opposed to having individual numbers. There should also be a feature that allows all users to send texts from the main number as to not confuse clients

Add the option to transfer calls directly to voicemail on Unify CPXXX phones.
Currently most other phones that RC sells allow the option to transfer a call directly to a user's voicemail. Can we please get this support for the unify phones? This is an important feature that is used w/ presence at our company. We need to know if someone is on the phone and if we have to send a call to them or directly to VM. This feature would allow for much better workflow and better client retention within our company.

Enabling one press Intercom from Polycom Deskphone
Our current set up on the desk phone allows us to call those employees set up our presence feature. There should be an option to change the settings so that instead of calling the user via one button press it instead intercoms that person.

Ability to show a Subject/Topic at the start of a message
It would be good to have messages that allow for Subjects and then Contents. Reason being it allows for much greater understanding of the message content when searching for it in history.

Ability to test headset to see if sound works
The old RingCentral had the ability to test to ensure that the headset volumes were working.I am running version 21.2.15.482 updated 04/28/2021. I am using a Toorun M26 Bluetooth headpiece V4.1 which works very well with RingCentral.I can see in Notifications and Sounds where I can set my microphone, speaker, & ringer sources; I see the volume control. There is no place to test the sources like there used to be in the old RingCentral app.I would like to be able to test the sources before I start my day to ensure everything is working properly. After adding manager's to queue, unable to send notifications to different emails. Please add back advanced settings under notifications
After adding managers to a queue it removes the ability to go to the advanced settings under notifications and change each notification's email. We use salesforce and create cases from email's, once I added managers to the queue it removed my exisiting notification emails and replaced them with the managers emails and I'm unable to change this. It's frustrating because now my only option to fix this is to clone an existing queue Please either allow me to remove manager's and/or add the advanced settings under notifications once manager's are selected

Ability to duplicate/copy a calendar event.
To the right of a calendar event where you give the options Edit, Show Conversation and Delete, it would be great to have the option to duplicate the entire entry. I have to schedule multiple events each day for the warehouse. Every entry for the same team contains the same info except a difference in the job name which we place in the Event Title. Scheduled meetings should display natively in the new RingCentral Desktop App
For those users and organisations that do not have Office 365 or Google Services but instead have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016, it is not possible to see a list of scheduled meetings and actually start them.The RC-Meetings App correctly displays Scheduled meetings as a list and from there you can start them. RC Desktop and Mobile Apps do not. Its is handicapping the users that have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016.The Outlook 2016 integration into Outlook 2016 doesn't do it either.What we could do with is by default all scheduled meetings appearing natively in the Meetings section…

Update Ringcentral user status to Busy/DoNotDisturb if Outlook status is Busy/DoNotDisturb
I have several RingCentral users in a Tech Support call queue that make frequent use of Outlook calendar meetings and Cisco Webex for remote support assistance. They are all members of a simultaneous Ringcentral call queue for tech support. If they are using Webex for a meeting, including that product's built in voice capabilities, they are currently getting calls from the tech support queue because the RingCentral app does not alter its user status to Busy/DoNotDisturb to match that of Outlook's user status. Ability to delete posts made by app integration
Support informed me that there's zero way even as a super admin to delete a post made by an app integartion into the messaging app. We use Zapier to post news article links into a News team channel. Despite being the super admin and the one who set up the integration and whos account it authenticates with, I am unable to remove any posts by the app.
