There should be an email notification sent if a data failed to sync in Archiver
If any of the customer's data (call recording, voicemail, SMS/MMS, or fax) failed to sync in Archiver, there should be an email notification sent.

Alerting/Notifications from the RingCentral Admin Portal
It would be nice to set alerts that could notify a group or user via e-mail when, for example, you reach ten licenses remaining on the account or when there are only five unassigned extensions remaining. Generally, any of the different areas of the account that require some amount of maintenance.

More control over physical desk phone display name
It would be nice to have more control over the desk phone line display and internal caller display name. Right now the phone's use the 'firstname' and 'lastname' fields on the Admin portal, which is fine for organizational purposes, but lacks from a phone display standpoint. IE. "John Smith" is great for managing our user list, but on his actual phone and internal calling name I might want to display "John - Ext 6000". I know I can modify the first and lastname fields respectively, but that creates a very disorganized admin portal.

Add the Session ID column to exported Expanded All - Detailed Call Log Reports
When working with the data that can be exported from the system's Call Log Report that is in Detailed view and with All Expanded, there is no way to currently group the lines together. Please include for each call the Session ID that shows up when looking at exports that come out of the Analytics reports.

Achieve HUD feature parity between RingCentral Phone app & RingCentral app before deprecating RingCentral Phone
Missing features include:Call duration of all active callsComplete caller information for all active callsCorrect status (most users show offline in RingCentral app, correct status in RingCentral Phone app)Option to display entire HUD that lists all users in a narrow window (currently in the RingCentral HUD, I can only see a few users, even on a 32" Apple Pro Display XDR monitor; in the RingCentral Phone app, I can see all users easily and clearly in a narrow window that occupies perhaps a 5th of my laptop screen)

Outbound Caller Number On Desk Phone (Polycom VVX 411)
Customer Chris would like RingCentral to include the feature allowing a user to choose his preferred Outbound Caller Number on their desk phone in our future system improvements.

Text message auto reply
Hello. I am trying to determine how to create an auto reply to incoming text messages such as “not authorized” and to email my official email address instead of texting informally. I do not want to completely disable incoming text messages because some carriers do not let their users know that the text message they were attempting to send did not go through. I just want the ability to auto reply with instructions on which email address to formally send correspondence because I do not authorize correspondence via text messages.

call history appears pops up when someone calls
So whenever someone calls, if that phone numbers call history (or text history) would appear whenever they call. So if they call today and again tomorrow we'd know what contact had been made, who had talked to them, or texted them, etc

Option to Remove Direct Dial
Customer's request: When a caller calls, and dials an extension before/during teh IVR annoucement, the call seems to get forwarded to whatever they dial. Usually it's a 1- or 2- digit queue extension.Management wants to disable direct extension dialing.

Emergency Call Recording or Flagging for Bomb Threats/Active Shooter Etc
We are running the following scenario, What should our company do if there is a bomb threat that gets called in to us? At a previous job I had there was a number we could dial immediately after the call to save/flag that call. I request RingCentral to add such a capability so that in the event that such an event happens users can dial a number (pref a #hash number) that way the call can be saved for police to follow up with in an investigation into such a call.

Allow monitoring on emergency 999/112 calls
We run a suicide prevention line and sometimes need to call 999. To support a volunteer to make a 999 call we need to us the 80/81 live monitoring to support them though the call.Please could you enable this?Thanks

Add condition to custom call handling: internal vs. external calls
Users may like the ability to have internal calls routed differently from external calls. For instance, having the ability to use this condition would allow a user to have all linked phones ring for a colleague, but only have the desk phone ring for a client.

Allow admins to hide the extensions of specific sites from other sites to prevent accidentally transferring calls to the wrong site

Customise contact information show on desktop/mobile app
On the desktop app when there is a call incoming, the only contact information we can see is initials. We have no idea who is calling as there are thousands of contacts in my contact list. Please can this be made customisable so that we can see the name of the caller, plus company?

Allow users to send and receive audio files/notes in text
Like with SMS/MMS messaging on smartphones, allow RingCentral users to send audio notes/files as text messages to other phones. Sometimes it is easier to send an audio message for the recipient to be able to hear and replay as needed or it is safer to send an audio message than text (for example when driving). In turn, a better method of listening to audio messages from others is needed.

When changing the email address under user details it would be ideal for it to also update the messages and notifications
They thought it would be a good option in user details to have a check mark if you want the new email address to be used in messages and notifications.Customer simply wants change and email address or repurpose and extension. They do not want to change any current call flows so they do not want to do a reset and assign.

Increase the number of contacts that can be added to the Ring Central App
It would be useful to increase the number of contacts that can be added to the Ring Central App up to 20,000. This could be helpful for our company or larger companies that work with CRMs that automatically import contacts into the Ring Central App. Thanks!
