  1. We have multiple users opening messaged on the same app. We use main business phone number to receive all the text messages. When one of the users reads the message and realizes it was not for him we have to send a group text message to let others know that they opened the message. I can only unread it on my phone app not no one in the team can unread it on the desktop app.

  3. this is currently not a feature for ring central for any of the ring central product lines. I work in an outpatient community clinic . it would be very helpful so that clients are aware when they text if provider is away from office or off work. this way they don't have to wait for response and be able to contact someone else for faster service. please update me if this is possible in the future. thanks!

  4. We integrate RingCentral into our email and calendar, but sometimes meetings end early, and even when the call is over, everyone's status is still red until the end of the meeting. Would it be possible to have the meeting owner or someone be able to end the meeting early so everyone's RingCentral status goes back to green?

  5. This applies to the RingCentral app on Mac (not sure it if would apply to Windows as well). In the old RingCentral Phone app, it would integrate with the Mac's local Contacts app (Settings > Contacts > View Mac Contacts). Doing this would allow the list of calls/texts to be populated with the callers' names instead of phone numbers. This was great. In the new RingCentral combined app, this isn't possible. Under Settings > Calendars and contacts you can connect the app to Microsoft and Google, but not your local Mac Contacts app. Thus I currently have to run both…

There should be an ability to have call waiting for queue calls as using an IVR with set queues is the easiest way of having an overall system and using simultaneous rings for the same phone number that's a direct line vs using a queue for the IVR is a laborious set up process and tends to complicate a phone system for businesses and the customers.

    Hello all, wanted to share this video with you, to see if it matches your needs!It’s only a minute long, but note that there is no audio. In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue.After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know.   7. Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.

Hi Team,Please find time to check and update the Fax render tool to support more fonts from PDF Files. currently, if an original PDF file uses Arial font (see attached Original PDF.pdf), all entries with Arial font will not show once the fax has been sent (see attached Sent Fax.pdf). Fax will only be shown properly if the original PDF file's fonts are changed (see page 3 of fax with fonts changed). We would to send faxes as how it was received via PDF, we don't have to change all fonts prior sending the files as faxes.

  11. We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 users in the contacts/corp directory

  13. Similar to Entcom-I-69 I believe, but we have a workflow need for staff using the web interface to check a queue voicemail box to be able to then forward the message to a phone extension, not an email.

  14. I'd like a delegator role to be made for people who set up a lot of meetings company wide. such as HR and recruiters. the role would just automatically add the user as a delegate for every employee of the company, or for specific branches like the other roles.

  15. When you filter in the audit table for "Disabled" you also get the "Enables"This is not operating as intended so it is considered broken.The current solution is to download the list into Excel then further filter out the Enables.???

  16. Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. But sometimes I'd like to use a "speakerphone" --- actually my Logitech webcam mic and the computer speakers.RingCentral remembers the different default audio mic/speaker source between phone and video.   19. Allow Admins with Site Specific selected the ability to initiate a Reset and Assign on end user Accounts. This will provide proficiency in provisioning disabled accounts and limit the number of users assigned to Site 'Company' to defer from non warranted changes made in Site Company.
