Add a distinction for personal/work calls via RC App
I work from home and use my cell phone/RC app for the majority of my calls. Aside from seeing my office number, there is not a distinction of personal/work calls. I like seeing the persons number so I can search the account as I am receiving the phone call to help with customer service and the person feeling like we care. Mask number for SMS
I want my clients to only see my mobile number for all calls and text / sms messages sent from my ringcentral account. I want to mask my RingCentral number with my mobile number for both calls and text/sms message.

Integrate Admin Portal with Support Portal so Admins can create a support case/ticket from 1 portal
Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

Mass downloading of picture SMS
It would be very efficient if there was a feature where the Ringcentral user is able to download all the pictures sent through Ringcentral by the customer. It is very time-consuming when the user has to go to each picture one by one to download the picture.

Add an Ignore button so calls can be forwarded while on the Mobile App.
The calls currently ring over any calls I am on and I can't make it stop if I want my customers to be forwarded. I can only select send to voicemail.

Ability to save custom message for Reply with Message feature
Only Predefined messages are appearing and 60 seconds is not an enough time to create a custom one. Hopefully, they will have an option to save or edit Predefined messages for it.

RC App Faxing - need ability to add info in To, Company and Phone fields
When sending a fax through the RC app there is only an option for the sender's fax number, cover page, note and attachment. There isn't an option for the recipient's To, Company and Phone. If you want to add this info you need to add it to the Notes section at the bottom of the cover page which doesn't look as professional.

Allow OGMs from Prompts Library to be assigned to individual user's extension's voicemail boxes.I have certain users who prefer to have professionally recorded voicemail Outgoing Messages. I wish we could assign those sound files in the Prompts Library to individual users, rather than just to company wide extensions or queues.

Have option to remove oneself from call queue members instantly without using do not disturb status
Whenever I ignore a call on this app, I keep receiving the call for about 3-4 times before it stops. I would like to keep simultaneous ring on all call queue members. I would like to have an option to not receive calls without using do "do not disturb" or logging out from the app.

Call Queue roll to Second \"Overflow" call queue while keeping the "Simultaneous" ring setting.
We need a queue of two phones to ring simultaneously then, if not answered in time, ring a queue of four phones simultaneously. I'm told there is an "Overflow" that can be setup on the back end, but we would prefer the settings be available on the front end, so that we can modify them without a support ticket.

The "Google" sign on button should work for Google SSO (it does not)
We use Google SSO. When we were testing the system we did not have "enforce SSO" enabled and the Google SSO button worked fine. We turned "enforce" on right before going live. SSO now does work if a user clicks on SSO button, or just enters their email, but ironically when we turned on "enforce SSO," the Google SSO button STOPPED working (even though that is the kind of SSO we are using).When a user tries to use the "Google" sign on button they are given the following error message "Your account is enabled for Single Sign-on.
