  4. We need the ability to create a DND override list. In a classroom a teacher will put their phone on DND. The front desk cannot contact this teacher when they are on DND. In an emergency certain staff should be able to call or page a user even if they are on DND. It would be nice to be able to create list and apply them to a user. In addition there should be a couple categories like calling, paging, and messaging overrides.

  5. I'd be great if we could organize this alphabetically. Trying to find the correct location when have over 20 of them can take a while, if it was organized by alphabet it would be so quick.

  6. External caller transferred to an extension that would just ring a pager and hang up.We have a phone line displayed outside of our shop that a truck driver can call from their cell phone. The idea would be that the driver enters an IVR menu and is promted to press 1 (helps avoid spam too.) After pressing 1 a loud speaker such as the Algo 8180 inside the shop will ring once or play 1 audio file and the caller would then be sent to a message and the call is then disconnected.Sometimes our shop is noisy and the regular…

  7. Create feature that shows similar data using Analytics report and Call logs excel file. Downloaded excel file from Call logs shows different data using Analytics portal. Total number of outbound calls shows different number when compared to Analytics portal's total no. of external calls.

  8. customer has their ivr setup to forward all calls to one extension no matter what option the caller selects. customer would like to be able to identify which option the caller selected when user receives the call

  11. Imprivata is a secure MFA solution typically installed on a device such as a cellphone. Since we are not issued cellphones, RingCentral is our only business solution for phone and SMS, it would only make sense for Imprivata to function through RC as well.

  12. If you program park keys as a presence key there is no park hold recall timer. Ring Central only offers park hold recall for global park keys and not for the presence park keys.

  13. Allow E911 Addresses to be added to end user accounts with a simply one address or site selection. At one time you could update end user accounts E911 Address by simply searching for the location and selecting it and it would automatically populate all the fields. Not sure why this was changed that you now have to distiguish Company by now adding the end username, searching to add the address and hope you don't have to manually input the data for the fields. Please change this back to first method which decreases resource time to complete.

  14. I am no longer able to include my personal business email address in text messages (they are not sent). Apparently this is due to a new policy that does not permit sms messages to be used to send links to lead generating websites. But the only "lead generation" on my website is a "contact us" page with a fillable form and a link to a hubspot scheduler to schedule a consultation.Now, when I tell somebody to email me documents, any message with my email address (name@domain.com) will not be sent.I'm not sending them a link to my webpage…

  15. There is no available German spelling checker on the RingCentral Phone App. The only ones availalbe are EN (UK), EN (U.S.), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), French (Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil).

  16. This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234. Apparently, RC does not have this feature. Please add it.Thank you

  17. Currently if a customer calls a direct line it will only display their phone number and not their name with it. I feel like its a step back to not be able to display the callers name. I know not all phone providers show someone's name when they call but with our old system when I would call my direct line it would show my full name, now with this new system only my cellphone number is displayed.

  18. We receive tons of messages in this office. We used to be able, with the old app, to listen to parts of the message via a slider bar. Now, if we miss something we have to listen to the whole message again. Very time consuming:(

  19. As of now, the only option under the "Wait Settings" for Call Queues when members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable is to "Wait". Admins would like for there to be forwarding options to other extensions.

  20. Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress. Incoming calls on RC are quite disruptive and persistent on both laptop and mobile device unless the user intentionally switches softphone to DND. Not ideal to go back and forth with this for each meeting or ad-hoc call that happens throughout the work day.
