Block Robcalls on Company numbers
Kelly Services is asking if there is a way to block Robo calls from the company numbers that are assigned to IVR’s and Queues. Customer knows they can set this for the users DID in the user settings. Asked the Product Manager (Dieter Rencken) and this is currently not supported to added this as a feature request.

Checkbox beside Fax Messages (to check off when fax has been reviewed)
I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed

Ability to Create Button Speed Calls from RC WebGUI
On the Poly VVX-450 the only way to create button speed calls is to create it locally within the phone. I'd like to this this work within the RingCentral User/Admin WebGUI just like it is for Presence for other users. Along with other buttons, such as turning on forward for service calls to an after hours call center.

Add messaging to Chrome add-on
We have just discovered the RingCentral add-on for Chrome and see that weare able to call and text directly through there. We are wondering ifmessaging functionality (like the existing messaging platform through theRingCentral app) will be added in the future - we would love to be able totrim down the number of apps we use. Please let me know if there is a planto implement this.

vm assigned to specific member selections
We are needing to have an area on the App for members to review a VM and then assign it to a specific member. a simple drop down of members in that que is all that would be needed. This is so a specific member can cull through VM's to see which need to be assigned to specific members for reaching back out to customers. i have attached a example from our last provider. we also attached the RC app to show where it would be best for this info to be located.

Paging device
Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this and need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in RingCentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient.

Messaging data export in a more legible format
Currently we can download an export of data for a user(s), but this is no more than an archive dump where JSON files are received and an employee with a modicum of IT knowledge must intervene to make the data readable. I would like a method to allow managerial staff to view the data without requiring IT knowledge. This can come into play if an employee is fired for untoward conduct either toward another employee or a client. This data should never leave the manager's office to be "decrypted".

Transfer Voicemail Message to another extension
Sometimes callers leave messages that are for a different department or a different colleague. It would be helpful to have a button to transfer the voicemail message to a different extension.

option to unsend or edit recent SMS, giving you the opportunity to fix a typo or pull back a message that you accidentally sent to the wrong person

It would be better if we have an option to send an automatic SMS text message to inbound callers when the manager is not available
If the customer is on vacation it would be better if there will be an automated text message for all of her clients reminding them that they will receive a callback.

Option to schedule the user invite email to be sent on a specific date.
I frequently create extensions ahead of time for new users in my environment. Lets say Jane Doe starts on Monday morning, I'll have everything set up and done for her Friday afternoon, including her new RingCentral extension so she's ready to get into training first thing on Monday.Unfortunately the existing options when creating an extension leave something to be desired here.If I send the invite immediately the same day, by Monday it has expired and our training staff end up asking for it to be resent. Allow multiple people to call monitor at the same time
Useful for training multiple people at the same time to be able to have both (or all) be able to listen on one call. Call monitoring is great because you don't need to set up y connectors

I need the same multiple numbers assigned to multiple users answered on the app
We are a phone room. I would like to hire more agents. The phone numbers are given to our lead vendors to transfer consumers. I need multiple agents to be able to answer multiple calls from the same numbers
