Delay a user
The last company we had was able to delay certain phones from ringing. This gave us the chance to have the really good reps on the line before the average reps.

Make changes on provisioning server: CISCO Short Interdigit timer
The end user is having problems with the call failing because they do not dial fast enough. We attempted manual provisioning but, this will take too long in the future if we make any changes. Because we will have to touch every phone, every time.

RC App transferred voicemail to show originating caller information
Currently, when a transferred voicemail is received in the RC app it displays the number of the extension that performed the transfer, rather than the name/number of the caller that left the original voicemail.

Number instead of red dot for Windows desktop app chat notification
Instead of seeing how many new messages were received, it just shows a red dot in the RC Taskbar icon. Could we please have the option to make that a number again?

Option to have Call Que Ring Softphone but Not Mobile
Many of our call que members cover inbound company calls in which it's not their primary company function on their softphones but uninstall the mobile app because it rings both, so this feature would allow them to cover call ques and still receive peer to peer calls or direct calls when moving around in the company

Maintain continuity of Ring Groups
We have run into issues when one deskphone in a ring group is unplugged for one reason or another and the ring group stops working correctly. The inbound call rings for maybe half a ring and then hangs up on the caller.We have also run into issues when a user within a ring group forwards their deskphone to another deskphone. When this happens all calls to that ring group only rings the deskphone on the receiving end of the call forward.Other phones systems that I have worked with have a complete separation of the ring group and the endpoints. Add the ability in HUD to "Drop" / "Terminate" an active call/call on hold
I recently had to contact RingCentral tech support because one of our customer service representative placed a called on hold and then their RingCentral desktop program froze. After closing the program and getting back open their status was still "On a call" and it showed that call was on hold. There was no way to get rid of that status. The representative was unable to receive any new incoming calls from the call queues they were in. The RingCentral technician wasn't able to resolve this issue. Call company contacts listed within RingCentral App Contacts List
When searching for the Limited Extensions within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app, I noticed that they were not appearing. I also noticed that for the regular extensions (Digital Line Premium) that have not been activated (aka Placeholder Accounts), are also not appearing within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app.I do not recall this issue occurring within the original RingCentral Phone desktop app...I recall noticing all company contacts were listed within the contacts list of this RC Phone desktop app.Bring back the ability to search for all company contacts within the RC…

Bug: Display/rendering issue when moving RC windows between monitors with different scaling/zoom levels
If you have two screens (ex. a monitor and laptop screen) with different scaling levels (ex. 150% and 100%), then when you drag the RC Phone window between the two screens, it doesn't auto-resize itself correctly the first time.Note: Windows scaling options can be accessed by right clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Settings'. Then go to the 'Scale and layout' section.

If you get an direct gsm call on your mobile phone you should get a presence indication, like in a mobile call, in the Ringcentral App.

Billing - Ability to correct an incorrect invoice
When there is an incorrect charge on an invoice there needs to be a way to remove the incorrect line item or show the actual credit amount as a line item to offset the incorrect charge versus a credit memo.

Give better error message clarification when attempting to disable a user
Hi team!
I wanted to suggest that there be more clear error messaging in this specific case when attempting to delete/disable a user. I handled a case recently where the customer was attempting to delete an extension, however they weren't able to because the extension was set up as the Fax/SMS recipient for all four sites on the account under the Auto-Receptionist settings.
It would provide more clarity if the error message they received when attempting to disable the user told them exactly why they weren't able to do so, however they currently only receive this (seen in image 58):

Increase Call Log Download Bandwidth from service.ringcentral.com
I am requesting an increase in the download speed of call logs from service.ringcentral.com. The download speed has decreased substantially over the years and has a significant impact on productivity and QOS.We routinely download call logs with file sizes apx. 1.5-2 MB and see a download time of 2-2.5 min per file. In testing with a Ring Central representative, we determined this is due to server load.
