We want to have an option in the performance report to permanently remove a deleted user/group extension from the list, currently there is no option to do it and it's a bit annoying to do an extra step just to exclude this deleted user/group from the report, or once the user/group extension is deleted the performance report will sync the changes automatically.

  6. The RC Phone app allowed the plantonics on headset controls to work properly. For example, when I pressed the button on the headset to answer or hang up the call the RC Phone app responded. The RC App (new unified app) does not respond to these buttons making it more difficult to operated with the app.

  7. The pin and password should not be tied together where the admin can't change the user's pin without also resetting their password. An admin should be able to change the pin as a separate action.

  8. Currently in RingCentral Office, you have no way to directly send calls to a dial by name directory without inserting an IVR in the middle. This is extremely frustrating when contact center is on the front end. The caller has the option in Contact Center to transfer to the dial by name directory. They select that option. Then the RCO IVR says to press an option number again to then finally be transferred to the dial by name directory. This is not a great experience for the caller. I would rather see an option like the "message only extension" that…

  9. I think the subject line says it all. Faxing is antiquated and we don't use it. It came with Ring Central and all that I ever get on there is spam. I don't advertise a fax number and don't want it.

Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

  14. One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

By default, all numbers assigned to a Site show in the caller ID dropdown and all numbers assigned to a Call Queue show up for all members of that queue.We have Sites and Call Queues with many numbers assigned to them (over 100 numbers) and there's no easy way to hide all those extra numbers.We currently have to assign the numbers to a different "Number Inventory" Site and use custom rules to route the calls to the proper call queues. This hides the number from the dropdown but is quite cumbersome to manage and affects reporting and call log access…
