    Allow queue members to be turned on and off with a slider like ring groups.

  2. Requesting RingCentral App to not default to meeting info when using Microsoft outlook

    If you want to use Microsoft outlook (not outlook 365), the scheduler keeps defaulting to "meeting info" . This happens in particular, when you do not have Outlook 365 or Google calendar conduit/mangaged calendar intergated. This causes for a bad user experience having to always change the defualt setting.

  3. Make PERSONAL as opposed to COMPANY the default in the CONTACTS page

    I don't have any Company contacts, but I do have Personal contacts. I would like to have the page open with Personal as the default so I don't have to remember to do that each time I need a contact.

  4. Forward voicemail messages only to a 3rd party phone number.

    Would like to add the feature to forward only the voicemail messages to a 3rd party number, not calls included to forward.

  5. Contact Ordering, Grouping from Classic to Unified App

    It would be helpful to have the classic feature of being able to have group conversations as their own category (like favorites, teams and direct messages) and to be able to change the order of those categories: I really would like to see direct messages on the bottom of the list and not teams since it is the longest.

  6. Customer is requesting that the Account Usage graphical view/download be available to them to get on their own.

    Dir of Cloud Business Operations finds such data and knowing the trends will help with planning for growth in their org.

  8. Removing Inbound Caller ID

    I have a call center where all phones ring simultaneously. There are known GOOD and BAD inbound calls. The bad ones get missed because the agents dont want to talk to them. We need the ability to block the Caller ID so all calls look the same

  10. Call Pickup group

    "Modern" call pickup functionality. If you have to build a group, then put people in that group. Anyone in that group should just hit a button or code, to answer any ringing phone in that group. Having to enter the extension is redundant and excessive. If you are in a cube farm, you don't know what ext is ringing.

  11. Logo in email to not be sent as attachment

    Many organizations that send outbound faxes email using @rcfax.com to send those faxes. If an email signature has a logo, they are being interpreted as attachments. The ask is for an automated way of preventing those from being consumed by RingCentral as attachments.

    As per RingCentral article# 5925https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Paging-Frequently-Asked-Questions.htmlOnly paging device that can be added to the system are CyberData.Requesting to have an option to add an Axis SIP speaker- paging device and other over-head paging devices brand that works with SIP settings.

  13. Non-Ring Central Numbers Added on Presence

    To personalize each employee's experience, if numbers could be added to Presence/preset numbers on their desktop phones, it would streamline the process of dialing the same numbers every day - even if the admin hasn't added them as a company contact.

  14. Hot Desk Phone: Selecting a number to assign to the phone.

    When assigning a phone number to a Hot Desk phone, it auto assigns an available number. It would be nice to be able to select the area code instead of being assigned a random number in a different State.

  15. Add more outside forwarding options

    Right now we're limited to 10 numbers to be forwarded to outside numbers. We need more because we're using Service Titan to track and monitor calls. We have close to 40 numbers, and all we can forward is 10.

  16. Allow the operator extention to be call queue

    I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

  18. RC app Events feature enhancement

    1. Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.

  19. Improve the Presence Extension Selection Screen

    Currently when trying to configure presence on a phone, you have to click on each button, search for the extension and then assign it. This is a time consuming task if you have multiple extensions to add. I would like to be able to add multiple extensions at once and then be able to drag and drop the order.
