Support SIP NOTIFY for 3rd Party Devices
RingCentral needs to support SIP NOTIFY so customers using 3rd Party Registered Devices can receive Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) for new voicemails.

Audit log for voicemail/message downloads
A log of employees that have downloaded messages/voicemails. It would help identify inappropriate usage of the files. Help protect employers in data sensitive situations.

Allow Callers to Transfer to Another Extension by Pressing 0 During a Voicemail Greeting
With our old phone system we would frequently include "press 0 to speak with someone if you have an urgent issue" in our voicemail greeting. This way if they were calling their primary contact and weren't able to speak with them they could easily be transferred to another extension (typically our reception call group) so they could speak with someone instead of leaving a voicemail.

RC App for mobile - Call logs
Hi Team,
Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

Abililty to use template to update Conference Number on the account
Currently, the only way to update a conference number, either an admin or the end user will need to go to the extension and update it one at a time. The ask is to allow a template to be build to apply a conference # to mutliple users or to the entire tenant.

Allow RC App(Unified) as Call forwarding - aside from the RC Phone App
User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).

I would like it to stop jumping to the end of the thread when I post a comment in a team or group message thread.
We are using Ring Central for proofing by posting a document as a Powerpoint file. Then we add pinpoints with changes. When I am replying to a comment it always jumps me to the end of the message thread. I would like it not to do this. Help!

RingMe button to ring Call Queue
The customizable and embeddable RingMe button only allows you to specify an IVR or a User's extension. It would be beneficial to allow the call to ring into a call queue. Having the option to put all users under the same main number with no individual numbers, just extensions
There should be an option for all users to be under the main number and only have extensions as opposed to having individual numbers. There should also be a feature that allows all users to send texts from the main number as to not confuse clients

Add the option to transfer calls directly to voicemail on Unify CPXXX phones.
Currently most other phones that RC sells allow the option to transfer a call directly to a user's voicemail. Can we please get this support for the unify phones? This is an important feature that is used w/ presence at our company. We need to know if someone is on the phone and if we have to send a call to them or directly to VM. This feature would allow for much better workflow and better client retention within our company.

Enabling one press Intercom from Polycom Deskphone
Our current set up on the desk phone allows us to call those employees set up our presence feature. There should be an option to change the settings so that instead of calling the user via one button press it instead intercoms that person.

Ability to show a Subject/Topic at the start of a message
It would be good to have messages that allow for Subjects and then Contents. Reason being it allows for much greater understanding of the message content when searching for it in history.

Ability to test headset to see if sound works
The old RingCentral had the ability to test to ensure that the headset volumes were working.I am running version 21.2.15.482 updated 04/28/2021. I am using a Toorun M26 Bluetooth headpiece V4.1 which works very well with RingCentral.I can see in Notifications and Sounds where I can set my microphone, speaker, & ringer sources; I see the volume control. There is no place to test the sources like there used to be in the old RingCentral app.I would like to be able to test the sources before I start my day to ensure everything is working properly. Custom Ringtone for Plug-In
Hi, it would be greatly appreciated if you were able to customize a ringtone for the plug-in like you can for the app version. The ringtone assigned is a bit obnoxious and distracting when you are fielding a rate of call-ins as a team. Thanks!
