Administration Team Management
My idea is pretty straight forward. Us, as administrators of an organization on RingCentral should have access to manage Private / Public teams. As an administrator we should have access to everything within our RingCentral 'server / team' as we need to monitor our employees. Easily access call blocking guide
Need Help Blocking Calls
It's very difficult to find the page to block calls. Even after the agent pointed me to the support link where I could find instructions, I had to keep going back and forth between the instructions and the main site just to block another number this morning. Customers should be able to get to the page for blocking numbers with just one click.

Display dialed number as incoming caller ID when forwarding calls to an external number
When calls are being forwarded to external numbers, the dialed number should also be applicable so that the user would be able to distinguish the calls, if coming from RingCentral or their personal line.

Requesting enhancement to the call logging system to include more detailed indicators for missed calls and voicemail routing. Allow listening of voicemails as their being recorded, for calls transferred to my voicemail from other extensions.
A recent update allows me to listen to voicemails as they're being recorded, after I send a call to voicemail, and allows me to pick up the call if desired.
It would be nice to enable the same for calls transferred to my voicemail from other extensions.

Enhance Call Logs: Show Disconnect Initiator and Call Release Type for Missed Calls
Currently, for calls where the caller initiates the disconnect before the call is answered, the call result only appears as "missed." This creates some uncertainty regarding the exact cause of the missed call. It would be very helpful to include additional details, such as the "Disconnect Initiator" and whether the disconnection was a normal release or due to a system issue. This would provide admins with more in-depth data, helping them understand what exactly occurred with calls marked as missed in the call logs.

Further customization options for Smart ACR
Hello, company with Smart ACR active here. We are interested in the outbound call data of our employees and want to minimize the potential of sales calls being hindered by the recording message. I'd like to suggest a customization option to edit the options for when a two-party or one-party state is contacted, where if a one-party state is connected the call records with no message, and if a two-party state is connected to not record the call at all.

Add the ability to push custom rules for Call Queues to the call Queues template
As the Title states, add the ability to apply custom rules to the call queue template. This would allow the quick copying of custom rules that you would want to apply to multiple queues easily, example being able to copy a holiday schedule custom rule to multiple queues that share the same schedule instead of having to setup the same custom rule multiple times.
If this is too much of a hurdle, another possibility would be being able to save custom rules and then when in the custom rules tab be able to select a previously saved rule to apply…

Add Option to Filter All Posts by a Specific User Within a Team Conversation
Currently, filtering messages by a specific user in a Team conversation requires entering a keyword and only returns posts that match the search term. We would like the ability to filter and view all messages posted by a specific team member within a conversation, regardless of content. This would greatly improve visibility and tracking in collaborative threads.

disable fax in all auto receptionist numbers.
We keep getting faxes to mostly our main number and I need them to stop. Our faxes are routed through our EMR and managed by our Medical Records department. It would be better if all of our Auto-Receptionist numbers just had faxing disabled and I can't find a way to do this.

In the RC fax portion of the app, there needs to be a "save as" button like there was in the old RC Phone app. As it stands now, I have to go through/click 5 or 6 steps just to name and save a fax to the downloads or desktop?

Reorder Attachments of Fax Feature
Please allow the users to be able to reorder the attachments placed on the Ring Central Desktop app. The RC Phone app had this feature; however, the RC Desktop app does not allow the convenience of reordering attachments.
