  1. Description:
    It would be helpful to have a Device History Log feature in the admin console. This feature would allow administrators to view detailed information about each device, such as:

    When software or firmware updates were pushed to the device.
    When the device went offline or encountered connectivity issues.
    When the device reconnected to the system.
    Historical status changes or any relevant activity related to the device.

    This would provide better insight into device performance and help troubleshoot issues more effectively.

  2. The ability to globally update the HUD for all users. Currently, when adding new hires, though the global directory is updated, the HUD is not. To add a new hire, we have to walk around and instruct employees how to add someone, do it for them, or they don't receive an update. The process is manual, and would ideally be something that could be automated, by adding the new hire to a department or group.

  3. • What issues is this solving for? - so the customer can use number '0' as their direct extension number
    • How will the feature help customer’s processes? - easy to remember their extension number
    • Who would benefit from it? - the customer
    • How should it work?- when searching for their extension in user extension tab, they will see their extension as '0'

  4. For fax forward, It will be very helpful and a needed feature to include original fax send ing party information in the banner/ribbon. For example, fax is received from 'A' to us('B'), we ('B') forward the fax to 'C'. How can 'C' only get info about original sender/'A''s on the banner/ribbon?

  7. Please make it so that we can disable or set the Caller ID Name blank for each user extension.
    The only setting that we have right now is to make it blank account-wide and we just want it for certain users without creating multi-sites.

  9. Is there any chance to show the number on the call history screen as well? That would be such a huge quality of life upgrade. It would save me from having to click on the caller details screen every time.

  17. Call handling on our call queue is simultaneous. When a member rejects the call it will still ring the same user after the after call wrap up time. There should be an option to have the call drop or go to voicemail if everyone rejects the call and the same person should not receive the same call once she/he rejected it.

Whenever the customer do an auto reply, auto send via SMS to different numbers , they want to have the ability to identify or get a notification if the receiving number is an invalid number, either landlines that cannot receive messages, or if messaging to those numbers are not allowed or provisioned by their carrier. They should not get an error that says "Message cannot be sent".

  19. We have a single user that is getting hit with a ton of spam calls. We've tried to block robocalls, calls from pay phones, and calls without a caller ID. They added their number to the Do Not Call list, but are still getting too many calls. They would like to block all external calls, but allow any internal calls. The Habegger account has hundreds of numbers. I'm looking for a way to accomplish this without manually adding numbers to a trusted list. Is this possible?
