Requesting consideration for streaming support of music / message on hold sources like Mood Media (Muzak), Easy on Hold, etc. Customers are requesting this feature due to the changing demands of the industry to get their messaging to current and prospective customers, and the limitations of embedded music on hold don't allow for the organization to change quickly enough.

  13. On the fax transmission result email, "View this message on your RingCentral App", when you click the hyper link, it's not taking me to the message but just a download page for the RingCentral app even if I have it downloaded or the web version is open on the browser.

    It would be best if it would actually route me to the fax I sent.

  17. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to change the default settings for a user without having to apply a template. For example, I want all new users outbound called id settings to be set to their device number. Is this possible without having to apply a template? Like changing the default setting for that role or something similar?

  19. Currently we need to manually transfer the call presence to another user extension. We are requesting to have the call presence to be transferred automatically to the selected user extensions if the user that has presence cannot answer the call.
