All directly answered calls as received only
A user preferred the set-up wherein all calls, if he did not get to answer it directly including the queue calls, it should show on his missed calls instead on the received calls since he doesn't seem to see any difference between answered direct calls and queue calls (including answered elsewhere) when looking on all his received calls on the phone

1) Any voicemail left for the customer care call queue to go to customercare@dieterichbank.com and not to go to their personal email inbox. All members have access to this email address to access the voicemail emails.

Adding 4th account on the RC desktop app
I currently toggle between 3 different ringcentral accounts on the app, and need to add a 4th account, but get an alert that says "maximum accounts reached. you've added the maximum number of accounts. please remove one and try again." I unfortunately can't delete any of the accounts because I use them all. Is there a way to add another account?

We are an insurance agency and receive numerous photos from our clients. In many cases we receive 20+ photos in a single conversation. We need the ability to quickly download those photos (ie, in bulk). The ability to package the photos into a Zip or similar file and download all at once would save us time!

Include voicemail quantities in emails to queue members and managers
I have a helpdesk call queue, if a call is missed and someone leaves a voicemail, an email is generated to the team and managers. Is it possible for this email to also state how many other voicemails are in the help desk queue. For example if a voicemail is received and there are two other voicemails unchecked in the queue, the email would include (3 voicemails in queue) somewhere. I know the desktop app does this, but it would be beneficial for the email to show it as well. Cisco's Finesse does this.
