Ability to see the running memory (gb or mb) for all the recorded calls
There should be an option to see the running memory of all the recorded calls to the account.
For exmple : 1 recorded call is 1 GB once it is saved and the other call is higher, there should be an option to se the total amount of memory that used.

Set a designated keypress for repeat menu greeting
have contacted support and was informed that in the IVR menu the only option we have to repeat the menu is set only to the # and * keypress, we would like to designate this to a number keypress which is not available currently in the option

Bulk Re-Sync Users to Microsoft Direct Routing
We request the development of a feature that allows for the bulk re-syncing of users to Microsoft Direct Routing as part of the integration with RingCentral. This enhancement is intended to extend the current "Presence Sync" functionality, which is presently only available for the embedded RingCentral app within Microsoft Teams.
The "Presence Sync" feature currently enables the synchronization of user presence between Microsoft Teams and RingCentral; however, it is limited to the embedded RingCentral app within MS Teams. There is no functionality available for users utilizing Microsoft Direct Routing.

Stop external calling on the mobile app as an added option
Wants to stop external calling on the mobile app.
An option to assign a role/permission restriction to just stop external calling from the mobile app only and just use the RingCentral Desktop app as the one with external calling functionality.

Allow one full pass through a queue without a wait timer
We have small specialist teams of 3-6 for some call queues. Instead of a 30-60 second timer that repeats through the queue, a feature that would instead call each agent individually and end when the last agent passes/ignores the call without repeating the queue would be a great feature.
Currently, if all agents pass and there is still time left, the queue repeats until the timer ends. Choosing a specific number of passes (one or more) would help a lot for small queues/businesses.

Call button on the desktop app
In the desktop app and are in the phone section and hover over internal calls it should give you the call option first then the message function. Right now it gives you the message function and the video function and to use the call function you have to select more. It should work like it does on calls that are external where it gives you the option to call and text.

Status Display on Cell Phone and Desktop App
For both the cell phone and desktop app when you are in the phone section it should display status of internal users whether someone is on the phone, available or not available. Similar to how it does when you are in the message section. It should also display this status on the app if the user is using their app or a desktop phone.

Ability for Super Admins to enable users on Not Activated Status
Some accounts need the ability for Super Admins to enable users on Not Activated Status. Newly added users take a while for their extensions to be activated/set up but Super Admins need them enabled already for some features to be available like adding them on corporate directory.

Allow portal access to change configuration file
I would like the ability to change the device level configuration file instead of having to open a ticket every time I need to apply a custom configuration file for Phones.

Phone System Admin Role - Only access specific site
Right now if you give Phone System Admin Role to a user for only 1 site, they can see all IVR menus for other sites under the Auto-Receptionist.

Flipping calls from a desktop app and mobile app to a hotdesk phone
Add the ability to flip a call to a hotdesk phone. Flipping a call from RC apps to a desk phone works but not with a hotdesk phone.

Disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt is playing.
The customer wanted to have the option to disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt was playing to avoid routing the call to a different extension.

Caller ID scrolling speed setting
When the call is initiated there is only a few seconds to see the initial few details from the caller ID, in my case it is the company for which the caller is reaching out to. By the time I see the caller ID it has passed and is now displaying the caller's registered name and I have to wait until it completes and starts the scrolling over again. This leaves the caller's line ringing for 4-7 rings depending on how many rings it took to connect to me.
TLDR: IF we could adjust the scroll timing I could improve…

Multisite - support for 'site' contacts Directory limited, not entire company
This is a common ask in the retail market like we faced during the DECATHLON project.
This will allow for the end user to access a directory based on the following:
-/ Global Directory (e.g. all stores) tier
-/ Regional Directory (e.g. stores in 1 city) tier
-/ Local Directory (e.g. specific store site) tierEvery store is usually autonomous and needs access to his own directory and is not shared among other stores.
In case we can’t support site directory - as a minimum the ask is to support search based on multiple criteria:

Edit Share Contacts
Customer currently do not have a way to be able to edit shared external contacts.
Current method to edit via csv file and re-upload the template is such a hassle and inconvenient for user adding or editing shared external contacts,Customers would like to have a feature where
1.) Shared External Contacts can be edit using Ringcentral App or SW
2.) Upload Shared External contacts without using .csv File
3.If 2 is not possible at least add shared external contacts without downloading the whole data of the template.13 votes -
MWI enable in the admin portal
We are in our implementation and when we get phones (Poly VVX specifically) the MWI indicators are disabled by default. Our implementation engineer can enable them, but we cannot through the Admin portal. It would be great if we could just enable them. Otherwise every time we get a new phone in the future it will be a ticket to support to enable.
