  3. customer would like to have the feature where the system can detect which country the calls are coming from and have a whisper before the call informing the recipient of the call. And also have the option to choose how many time the whisper is repeated.

  8. I would like to request a feature that would allow me to translate text messages. I am English speaking and I work with a lot of Spanish speaking sub contractors. I spend a lot of time copying and paste back and forth from RingCentral to Google Translate in order to translate text messages. I

    I would like the ability to translate messages to me to English and then to be able to translate English messages to Spanish before sending.

    I think it would best if when the translation is complete it would display both languages at the same time. I…

  18. Customer has the ability to access voicemail anywhere by calling the main hotline pressing extension and inputting pin. Or by calling *86 with pin.

    But even if there's a required pin customer still don't want the other users to access the VM's outside Ringcentral.
