Setting up how many times the phone will ring before forwarding
I used to be able to do it. I would set up how many times it could ring before it forwarded. If I set it for 7 rings, the faxes would go through before the call was forwarded.

Press 0 key and call routes directly to that call queue's specified Extension
What is Working;
If someone calls my direct number and presses "0" while in voicemail, they are automatically routed back to the site extension where I am currently a member.
Here is how we want the mapping set up:

Ring/Notify all User under Call parking group if no one answer
Usually if a call is parked to a specific parking group and no one answers, it will not ring the other user that is part of the group - light on the presence will just lit up.

We would like to have an option to set a temporary password for the user extension where it will prompt the user to setup a new password when they login to their app or their online account

Group Messaging for 911 SMS Notifications
Currently if an SMS is sent out for 911 Notifications and someone responds to that notification, the communication is only sent to the person who dialed 911.
This causes many unneeded texts going back and forth because the others receiving the 911 SMS Notification are not aware that it has already been responded to.
We need a way for these notifications to be sent out in a group so that everyone receiving the SMS notifications can see the responses from others in that group text and not respond when not needed.

Modification of how users can organically sign -up within a domain
Today students at Columbia University can sign up for a RingCentral account using their Columbia.edu email. They are required to create a temporary password before they are allowed to sing in using the SSO credentials. Columbia is asking to remove the step requiring a temporary password.

Simulatious Rings "Phone Tree"
It would be nice to have the ability to set up a phone tree where we can have incoming calls ring 2 different users for 4 rings then once they don't answer it goes to a different 2 users for 4 rings, then auto attendant.

Text message queue
Im wondering how I can create a group that receives text messages from our main phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx. Is like this group to be able to see the messages and reply back to the messages. For example if one of our sub contractors sends a picture in to the main number of a job completion the group sees it and can reply to it

Park and Page
In the Desktop app, we would like the option to park and page that is similar to what shows up in the mobile app. I don't understand why the desktop app does not have this feature. Instead it has Park and Send Message.

add hud to customize tabs
We would like the option to add the HUD to the customize tabs. We use this daily and it is very cumbersome to click on phone, then hud. If we had a quick access to HUD to add in the customize tab.

Permanently Delete Free DL in each User Extensions/ Edit Primary Numbers In Bulk/ Template Setting
I am creating this feature request on behalf of our customer. There was an existing direct number on our RingEx user extensions and it comes with FreeDL/ softphone where in the admin portal shows the soft phone as primary number (soft phone number and direct numbers are different number). If there's a way to delete the soft phone or if there's a way to assign primary numbers in bulk setting so we don't have to do it manually.

multiple numbers on 1 device
We need to have multiple numbers on one device. Limited or Full license would be fine but we need to have the ability to have several DID numbers to show up on one phone so one person can answer it.
