Currently, RingCentral does not support Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings. We should be able to use this IP camera as a compatible device for RC Meetings

Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11?
10 ----> 11 - initial call
11 ---> 12 - put on hold 10, calls to 12 - in the display of 12 it shows talking with 11, and then 11 transfer 10 to 12.
10 ---> 12 - 10 and 12 talk, in the display of 12 it shows talking with 10When the call ends, in the history of 12 it shows the call came from 11, and not from 10.
Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11? Yealink T46U

shared voicemail
Allow Message-Only Extensions to be Shared so voicemail left in a message only box will show in a shared User's Voicemail box on their RingCentral App. Currently a User can share their voicemail with another User but a Message only can't be shared.

Call Queue inbound calls showing an outbound call
When you check call logs and filter by User Extensions, calls from the call queue show outbound calls instead of inbound when the user is unavailable. It would be best if calls were shown according to the original action taken, either inbound or outbound, regardless of whether we filter the calls.

Can we get a different ringtone for calls coming back from a wait queue ?
It would be beneficial to identify a call coming back from the wait queue by a unique ringtone different from the normal one. This would prevent someone from greeting a customer again due to mistaking it as a new call

Being able to edit to a name that will display for the caller ID out side of the main number
Have the option when making out bound calls ,and have the caller ID set up to the direct number being used to able to add the companies name with the direct number or the indivuaduals name appear. We currently provide CCM in our medical practice this will make patients know the call is coming from their PCP office but that they have a direct call back number to their patient advocate.

The time in the fax document must be in PST Time zone even if it is from a different time zone since the admin portal by default is PST.
