  2. As a business owner, I want my team to be able to call any country, any number, any time. I should not have to provide written consent for individual countries, rather, I should be able to elect to enable international dialing as a blanket choice.

  4. In Service Web's current design, to update the security question you'll need to go to User Details > Security > Change Password. A pop-up will appear "Your current Service Web session will be terminated after password change and you will be redirected to login page. Do you wish to proceed?"

    The pop-up indicates you are changing your password and the initial header of "Password and PIN" giving zero indication that this is also where you have to go to change the security question.

  5. On the desktop app PLEASE add a copy button right next to the phone number when the text message is open. Right now it is on the drop down menu (like in the picture) but it would be really helpful to put it right next to the phone number. Thanks!

  6. To get daily Performance reports via subscription there has to be a saved performance report with the preset date of Yesterday and not a customized date otherwise, we will receive the same data every day.

    However, some businesses run business on a certain time like from 8 AM today to 7:59 AM the following day and we need to receive daily reports from those hours not 12 AM to 11:59 AM. The Yesterday option for saved performance reports is not going to work based on the company's needs.

  7. What I am looking for is a way to have a "Shared Extension". Basically a RingCentral Account that other people can login to with their specific credentials, sort of like a shared Mailbox in Outlook.

    For example, let's say both Bob and Joe work at Admissions, and there is the phone "Admissions".

    Customer is getting confused on the Change Password Interface hence wanted to modify / update the it

When a member within a queue (when the member has a deskphone) puts the phone in DND - it throws the queue off and all calls to the main number of the queue ring to a recording and then disconnects. This has happened twice within our organization. This SHOULD NOT happen. Any member with a deskphone should be allowed to put the device in DND without it affecting the ENTIRE queue status.

  12. Inqueue Callback: Changing Number Confirmation Prompt
    Our company would like the ability to change the caller ID confirmation message. Currently, it does not say to hit # to confirm the phone number, causing confusion for our clients. The number will confirm if you press # or wait, but because the prompt does not mention to press #, customers feel like they are getting ”stuck”.

  17. We need to implement the following:

    • No External Dial by Extension in IVR
    • No External Dial by Directory in IVR
    • No External Dial by DID
    • But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.

    Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

    There is a message on the call queue that is saying that in french :

    Can we turn off the message ? can we modify it ?
