  3. If the ADMIN blocks callers the whole account gets blocked for all users. So if ADMIN blocks a vender from calling the admin it blocks it for all users and extension. The admin should have his own set of blocks not for the whole company.

  4. It would be helpful if RingCentral can distinguish if any incoming or missed calls were from landline or cellphones. Sometimes, we need to text the number who we missed a call from but are not sure if they are receiving the text.

    It used to be that if you tried to text a landline, it would bounce back, but it doesn’t even do that leaving you uncertain if the reason they didn’t respond was the landline or something else..

  5. Can we have the option to disable the separate incoming call window in RingCentral web? It's a little bothersome when you are typing something, and you get interrupted by that window. I am fine with tabbing back over to answer a call; in addition to using the call options. It was fine before the new UI kicked in.

  10. When a user answers a call from a call queue then conducts a cold transfer, the recipient does not know the call is being transferred. If they are a member of the call queue, it appears as the call is incoming from the call queue.

    Our current Call Queue options lack flexibility for our operational needs. We require a Circular Hunt Group feature to facilitate efficient queue management without penalising proactive user behavior.

    Issue:
    Existing Call Queue modes (Rotating, Sequential, Simultaneous) don't suit our workflow. Rotating penalises proactive outbound calls, hindering productivity and user behavior.

    Suggested Solution:
    Introduce Circular Hunt Group functionality to Call Queues. This feature would enable seamless queue rotation (e.g., 1234, 2341, 3412, 4123)

  13. We have multiple queues and when I create a rule I have to do it for each one. It would be nice to be able to create rules for multiple queues at the same time or copy from one queue to the next.

  14. Would like to see deskphone pairing as something available in custom rules. It would make it easier for users to switch between working in the office and having everything go through their deskphone and working from home and having to remember to toggle off deskphone pairing.

  16. User status is based on the Messaging side of the App if that is enabled, and not the Telephony side. It is possible for some people not to have the Messaging features enabled.

  20. It would be very helpful and time saving to have the ability to preview a fax in the app window when clicking on it, instead of having to do an extra click to open the fax. It would make reviewing faxes and finding important information much faster and efficient.
