  1. I’d like to be able to view all calls from JUST Texas and compare two different time periods…say this month to last month. As mentioned we have billboards in TX and are trying to see if we’ve received additional calls from TX specifically as a result of them. Hoping there’s a quick way to pull a report showing that."

  3. When creating a custom role there are some options that are greyed out and are assigned to ALL roles.

    It is necessary to be able to EDIT all categories to create a perfect ROLE.

    For example, I want to create a role with NO access to company's contacts, today that is not possible since that option is greyed out.

    PLEASE, allow SUPER ADMIN to edit all categories and choose what to display to users and what not.

    Should be as simple as enabling the option to edit all categories.

  6. We are being disconnected from Teams calls and meetings when a RingCentral call comes in. When speaking with the technician, we are told this is because we have the call control feature turned on on our headsets and would need to turn this off in order to not be dropped from existing calls. We were told that this is a 'feature' (not being dropped from existing calls) that is not currently available when call control is enabled. Per my conversation with the tech:

  9. We would like the ability for someone on a local conference call to be able to leave without the call ending. Having the ability to get multiple people on a quick call is great but if someone needs to drop off they shouldn't have to start up a new call.

  10. Allow ability to hide old conversations via text or archive them. Google voice has this feature.

    First I hide the messages so I can reply to more pressing issues and free up space but also organize our texts, for example I might have a conversation I cannot reply at this second but I read it, however once more texts start coming in from other customers it gets hidden.

    We need ability to hide but not delete the texts so when they are hidden, then they text again, it appears back on screen and all the old messages are still there…

Please add a feature from the Call logs on RC apps which User who answered the call from ring group so Users can see it from the Call logs inside the app instead of logging in from the Admin Portal. (Some users do not have access to login on the Admin portal and they are mainly using the RC App itself.

  13. Needs to add an IVR Menu to more than one Phone Number/Extension through internal calls. When you dial a certain extension like Ext. 581 for a call queue group it will play the IVR Menu.

  15. As an admin, you can listen to users' voicemail messages. When you go to do this, you are forced to enter your admin password. However, if your tenant is configured to force everyone to use SSO and not allow RC passwords to be set, you cannot set a password to do this.

    Can RC configure this feature so it uses SSO to authenticate, voicemail PIN, or some other thing that isn't a RingCentral password for those of us who don't have RC passwords?

  17. Unable to update/make custom voicemail greeting when Screening, Greeting & Hold Music is disabled for user roles.

    If we can include a separate permission for a role such as greeting, voicemail settings, ringback, screening and hold music restriction.

    The users are now restricted to update voicemail when they are assigned to a role that is restricted for Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.

    This is happening when updating through desktop, mobile and web application.
