Improve Bluetooth connection for RC app.
the app that is for android for some reason when its connected to a bluetooth device like a car when he gets calls and tries to answer it it will automatically end the call and it goes to voicemail

Excel File transmitted as a default file type via fax
Customer would like to get an excel file as is when it is being sent in fax and not translated as a pdf file since the company where she's sending it to, will only accept excel file via fax and not through email.

Answer call through customized keyboard hotkey on Ring Central App that will work on multi layered app
Customers want to add additional settings or enhance the existing keyboard shortcuts in the RingCentral app, so that they may use customized hotkeys to answer calls even while they are working on another application, and even if the app is closed, it should work.

Ring Central App ring even if phone is on silent
I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up. To be able to take calls when on a video conference
With the recent RingCentral app update, user are no longer allowed to receive calls when on a RingCentral Video conference meeting. It automatically updates the user status to DND. Customer is requesting to revert this changes as it affects their work flow.

Call queue template (adding trusted numbers)
Call queue templates with trusted numbers allow to apply only 10, if there are more than 10 trusted numbers we added on the call queue template and applied to the call queue, even to a 1 call queue it won't apply to the call queue unless we max it to 10 trusted numbers. It would be better if we can apply a template with 60 or more trusted numbers to the call queues, it will be easier since we do have over 300 call queues that need to be updated.
