  4. When the HUD on the app is updated, it syncs with the desk phone. We do not want this because it is overriding custom settings such as our speed dials. Please give us the option to NOT synch the HUD with the desk phones.

  5. HI, we have 3 extensions at one location , and if staff calls out , customer will get standard location IVR caller id on there end.

    Same feature should be available on Text / SMS when we are texting outbound from 1 one of the extension but receipts will receive text from location IVR phone number.

  7. I wanted to have a feature where call queue members can pick up calls on a specific schedule. We work on a different time zones. We were able to achieve this by setting up user extension work hours but the problem is when we tried to make internal call it goes straight to voicemail if we dial during after hours. Being able to dial internally should be possible and override user hours.

    - In order for the Administrator to know who accidentally placed themselves on DND on the deskphone, the status should be synced with the Admin Portal and the RC App. You may include this on the "Deskphone pairing" feature.

  9. Based on a ChatGPT OpenAI search on blocking (not recording) calls for 2-party consent states, it was recommended to create a custom rule with an action Do not call record, but as we've found out that option/action is not available.

    Would it be a simple update to add that option to the custom rules actions/options with the backend code instead of creating some altogether different?

  10. This should be based on a list of area codes from states that require two party consent for call recordings. On Avaya, we had the ability to add area codes to exclude in the acr.properties file. Whenever a call came in, the number would be checked and if the area code was in the acr.properties file, then the call would NOT be recorded.

    Also, I am referring to this feature being setup on the RC MVP (RC UC) and not the RC Contact Center (RC CC) platform. Within the RCCC, a Studio script can be written that will also exclude…

  11. I have Avaya J159 phones that have a feature called Do Not Disturb (DND). If a user sets the phone to DND, that doesn't synchronize back to the server so DND does NOT show up in the contact list, or anywhere else so staff know they are in a DND/Unavailable state. If I log into the web interface for the phone, I can disable the feature and make staff set their availability on RC desktop or mobile. We are needing to share images through the company with a high resolution, sharing high resolution image makes the picture show cut off or the image does not show completely, with that we need to download the image and open it on Photo Image Viewer, it would be nice if we can view it on the RC app on a full image.

  18. Our costumer requested that number will be visible for wireless callers .As for now in the current version she need to open the log to see the number who called what is unconfident for the user .
    Costumer requested also to be able to expand the call logs at least to 75% of the page .Now is can be expand max to 25%
