  2. I would like to have the option to change the frequency of the periodic tones for outbound calls that are being recorded. Right now it seems to be every 15 seconds which is quite annoying. I would like 30 second and 1 minute intervals as options.

  8. Adjustments to allow pop out the Extension HUD to the middle blank space or return back to the previous look. With the new look, it seems that we can use the middle lank space for the dial pad, messages and videos but Not the HUD extension list anymore.

  9. When someone calls in and gets transferred to an extension with Cloud PBX direct routing and not answered, it should handoff the call to Ringcentral app | Ringcentral voicemail.

    If a call comes in, and gets transferred to Microsoft Teams user and unanswered, if the Cloud PBX voicemail is turned off, it should hand off the voicemail to Ringcentral.

  10. we have a receptionist in the call group who is supposed to be first on a call. When she picks up the call she won't get other incoming calls. We need her to be able to get silent or quiet notifications of incoming calls so she may juggle and transfer calls to the right people.

    We've noticed that sending a fax using RingCentral Desktop application is taking a while to be processed especially if they are sending a lot of pages. It would be best if there's a way for us to improve the duration of sending fax to improve our customer's experience and efficiency of their task

  18. Currently, the Business Analytics portal only has the option to filter Widgets by Company Numbers. I would like the ability to filter by all Toll-Free numbers on the account. Frequently, Toll-Free numbers are not only assigned to the company, they are assigned to Call Queues, Users, etc. I would like to have the ability to pull in all the locations where Toll-Free numbers are assigned in one Widget.
