  1. It would be a better way to keep records of Internal Messages, rather than using Message Data Export, which comes in a form of a report/log (not very User friendly).

  5. Customer would love to have a feature when a user extension transfer a call to an external number there should be an option for them to choose either Phone Number or Extension Number of their RingCentral Account to show as display on receiving end.

Whenever the users are sending an SMS internally using the app and searching for the name of their co-users the extension number of their co-users is also showing so if the sender clicks the extension number it will route them to a different conversation. What we want is to make sure that for SMS if the users search for their co-user name then only the primary number will show. All SMS communications should be using the "Primary number" by default across all apps if it's possible.

  18. Whichever app is used, IOS / Android or a PC, the location that calls are being from should be prominently displayed. Not popped up somewhere, but displayed in the app. Not doing so users could forget to update and calls to 911 showing up at the wrong location. Important when seconds can count... Sure, they read that pop up or email warning them about it... But if the app indicates the location name, it will help minimize this potential risk to an organization.

  19. When a user logs into a hotdesk phone, the hotdesk phone number assigned to the device can now be called which rings the user that is logged into that device. When there is no one logged into the phone it routes the call to a default auto attendant. At minimum the phone numbers assigned to Hotdesk phones should not be able to be called.

  20. Call queue calls when answered only show the number and PART of the call queue name and agent it would be helpful to display the entire call queue name
