Robocalls Identification on Call logs and Missed Calls notification
Customer can already get a notification on the phones that the incoming call is suspected of being a robocall. If they don't pick up and received a missed call notification email, it would help if it also show it as a robo call. or if the customer looks through the call log and views the missed calls. an indication confirming it as a robo call would be a great feture to add.It would help customer identify if they should call the number back or not.

There should be a way to filter out a complete call in the detailed call logs.
While downloading the details ed call logs, we do get the proper distribution of the call life cycle but it is nearly impossible to filter out a specific call based on the call status with all of it's following results as well. It would be very helpful if there would be a column of call ID then the Action ID by which we would be able to filter out the specific calls and action.

The call recording should get start as soon as the call hits the Ringcentral portal, say company site.
.In this way, we would be able to analyse the caller's experience in missed calls more relatively and will help solving the issues related to minimize the missed calls.

Call Log differentiate between READ and UNREAD calls
When there are a lot of phone calls, and for quality and training purposes you are monitoring the calls, and it is very hard to keep track of which phone call you already monitor, and where you up to. SOLUTION will be to differentiate between read and unread calls, (like how Emails and Whatsapp work, first it's UNREAD, and after you click on it it's changed to READ).it will be very useful for all client using the recording feature

Alternate Phone Calls Between Groups
As we are growing local business we would like to be able to have a phone number that is listed on or website and when a customer calls that number it will alternately ring between two phone groups (two stores) to distribute the customers evenly.

Blacklist / block callers - an implementation idea
I see several ideas on blocking calls company-wide but here is how I would like to see it implemented. A blacklist table that after I put in a phone number I can check boxes that block that number from calling, texting, or faxing us. I also want a short description box to type "fax spam" or "harrassing calls" as a description so I know at a glance in the future why we put a block on it.

Break from rings between calls in call queue
To have a break between calls when working in a call queue. For example: You are working in a call queue and end a call. Another call comes in, but it doesn’t ring for you, it just rings for everyone else in the queue for30 seconds before ringing for you. (The exact timing could be customized) This would give users working in a call queue a brief break from calls to reset before taking a new call.

Block SMS/Text messages without blocking phone calls from the same number
We are a healthcare company and provide some mental health services to our community through telehealth using RingCentral. We need to have the ability for our clients to reach their doctors and therapists via phone calls, but do not want the clients to have the ability to text our doctors and therapists. Having the ability to block text messages while still allowing phone calls from the same number would be a valuable feature to us and I would imagine other organizations as well.

Omit Fax Cover Page regardless of email subject line
Please add the functionality to omit a fax cover page regardless of the email subject line being blank or not. This is a problem for large-scale email to fax operations and is hindering our ability to fully migrate certain labs to the RingCentral Platform.

Mobile Notification Settings per Team
Request is to add ability to turn on/off Mobile Notifications per Team. We have created quite a few Teams within RC. Our employees can be included in multiple Teams but may want to only receive Mobile Notifications from certain Teams. Unless I'm missing something Mobile Notifications are either all on or all off as opposed to having the ability to control notifications per Team.

Allow user accounts without direct numbers
Hi, we have a lot of team members who don't need their own phone number, all calls should come in via a group and the outgoing CLI should be that number as well. we don't want staff to have individual numbers at all because then they are tempted to give them out and then when they leave we have to put forwards in place etc.

Ability to customize contacts list view
The contacts list columns are not customizable. The current design is limited to display contacts by first and last name, only, with phone number displaying below the name. I'd like the ability to customize the view so that I could display by company name with company representative's first and last name also displaying as well as phone number. For those of us whose clients are other businesses (e.g., I have a bookkeeping service that caters to small businesses), this is a better way to view the contact list. Allow call queue extensions to sign in to app
Having the ability to sign in to the app as a call queue extension would be beneficial to those of us that have a call queue assigned as the Operator Extension and receive text messages to that call queue extension. In our case, we have all text messages sent to our main number directed to a call queue that alerts our help desk to the message. Previously, someone could use the (now legacy) RC Phone app to sign in as the call queue extension and access the messages to either respond or delete them; it was also the only way…
