  1. After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.

  2. Currently if "Reject" an incoming call on my desk phone it still continues to ring on my desktop and mobile app. "Reject" should be synced so the call stops ringing at all locations and goes to voicemail

We have identified an issue with the Billing Licenses and Inventory Page of the Admin Portal where the Additional Local Number license quantity does not display Available licenses if they are not directly under the company site or in a different cost centre.This appears to be different to the results we see for other licenses and hardware, where we can view all used and available regardless of the site or cost centre the item is assigned to.As advised by our account team, we would like to request a design change so that the license inventory displays all available licenses in…

  5. Most legacy system's have a button that can be programmed on a keyset to send out an alternate caller id. Ring Central does not have this. I understand you can change it in the client but not everyone uses the client. This should be available to change on the fly when using a regular keyset. Please understand that this is an important feature for lots of customers and consider adding it as a feature.

  6. I use electronic medical record called Accuro. They have 40000 clients. Other medical records softwares use integration either with windows fax out and in option or internal integration with efax softwares. These softwares include oscar, practice solutions and many more.

While we can turn off taking a message, you can't stop one from being forwarded to an extension or (from my understanding) stop texting features of an extension and/or faxing features if someone faxes to the direct dial number of an MVP account. It would be nice to be able to disable messaging all together for a phone so it can't queue messages by accident and not be noticed.

  8. I am talking about being able to block calls that have no real caller ID or are noted as “Unknown “ As far as robo calls. There should be an option to block them with out ringing throughSince I with to your company a numbe of years ago the amount of spam calls I have to deal with have increase by factor of 10 or 20 time..   9. When changing an emergency address with the RC Desktop application a dialog is shown with current Company ERLs and personal PERLs. Presently the Company ERLs are shown first followed by the PERLs.With hybrid work commonplace these days users often must switch between home and work addresses. PERLs are a convenient way to toggle this. Yet in the RC Desktop App the ERLs are shown first, followed by the PERLs (see attached image). I need to have a phone number, that when direct dialed, forwards to the TOP level of the auto-receptionist for our main company phone, so that if we are open, the IVR menu plays and if we are closed, the call is sent to voicemail. Right now, I am having to create a custom rule that forwards to an external number, purchase an external "dummy" phone, forward the calls to this external number, and then have that phone re-forward back to the main phone. I worked with support and there is no other workaround for my needs.

  15. I would LOVE to go into my case portal and be able to filter on the case headers so I can exclude duplicate/closed cases. I always have to sort to get the most recent cases at the top so I can monitor ACTIVE ongoing cases

As far as I can tell, changing the credentials of any user does not automatically log people out of their RingCentral App. This includes any active logins into their mobile app or home computers.At our business, we sign into our RC apps through Google.   19. With the phone directory you can either be in it or not in it and this setting applies to the whole company. However, with Multi Site enabled, this is not very effective as individual sites only want to see their internal users and not the entire company. We have around 127 sites so if everyone was published in the main directory, not only would be unwieldy, it would also invite calls in between sites that users would not want to receive.In Multi Site you should have a separate phone directory just for that site.

  20. I have several clients who speak Spanish and 2 that speak Armenian. Unfortunately, I can only speak English. I would like to have the ability to chose the language my client speaks and if it is different than English, when I make a call, the system will know what language my client speaks and will translate of my behalf to my client and vice versa.
