  2. When using the RingCentral desktop app. (And mobile app would be nice) I would like to be able to flag a call from the call history that is a suspected robot or is clearly a scam. (Perhaps this is two different buttons) I get a lot of calls that hang up when I answer or leave blank voice messages. I am tired of manually writing down the time and number of the call to submit to RingCentral to research. Of which they just say "The caller hung up". Please give us a button to flag the call so you (RingCentral)…

If a user is locked down to only see his own sites calls, when he clicks on call logs you see your own call logs, then when you click on search you have to go through each user at your site one at a time. What we require adding as a feature is the ability to have select all radio button, so all users at that site are displayed for their manager. So he can see call recordings for the whole site easier than having to click on individual users. They do not want to give this user full company…

  4. I am a full-access manager for 3 call queues that are set up with their own direct lines. I do not know how to respond to these text messages. I read online at this article (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/89895/call-queue-texting.html) that you can log into a call queue, but this seems cumbersome. I wish to have the ability to text from the direct line of the call queues that I am a full access manager for. Thank you.

  10. The blocked calls, block all calls settings on a user extension should also support internal extension numbers and site codes, not just public telephone numbers and area codes.We have scenarios where extensions may only be accessible by a specific site or specific extension.

  13. So many times I've pasted what I think is the image I want to share, only to find out AFTER POSTING that it's the wrong image. This can be embarrassing or a security breach. Please rather than simply showing the name of the file, also show a preview of the image that will be sent to the recipients.

  15. The "All Events" view will not allow you to see all the events scheduled for the last day of any month. The scroll bar on the side will scroll down past where the window ends, and will not display anything after that. This is a problem with both the desktop app and the web app.

  17. Call Queue/custom rule features do not work when a user does not have a hard/desk phone assigned to their account. Reception backup users are unable to take calls on the mobile app or via soft phone unless they have a desk phone. This is a waste of resources: money and materials for an unnecessary device.

  18. We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 users in the contacts/corp directory

  19. currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.

  20. We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.
