Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
It would be nice to be able to remove 2FA from some user accounts but keep 2FA on others. Right now it all or nothing for 2FA.

User VM Zero Dial
Any customers reaching out to a particular user will have the option to leave a VM or press 0 during greeting to be rerouted to either another extension or another call queue.

Set Additional host(s) when creating initial invite for recurring meeting (weekly)
For recurring meetings. if the host is not available to start the meeting (vacation) another host is able to do so.

Custom Rule should not affect call queue member's current status
When adding a custom rule that applies on the current day, call queue members should not be showing as UNAVAILABLE under phone system>groups. This is showing incorrect status of the actual user.

Desktop App Sounds
The notification sounds for direct messages, text messages, etc. routes to the same speaker/audio that is chosen for phone calls. For me, I use a headset for the phone, but I don't wear the headset when I'm not on a call. Because of this, I don't hear any notification sounds and miss direct messages/text messages. Since there is already a setting to allow incoming phone calls to play on my computer's speakers, I should be able to set it so that notification sounds are routed to the computer speakers, as well.

Mobile/Desktop App - Automatic Hold After Transfer
This feature would help the app act the same as a desk phone if you are taking external calls and transferring them to other users. After taking an external call, going to call actions and clicking transfer, the caller would automatically be placed on hold as you dial an internal extension or search for a user for a warm or blind transfer. Currently, there is not an option to place a caller on hold while processing a transfer, leaving an awkward moment of silence before completion. Type code block messages directly, not just via "New code snippet" modal
All the popular apps for IT firms have the possibility to type code blocks (snippets) directly into the input field, with tripple back-tick delimiters and optional code language spec.Example 1, without code spec, should only be formatted as monospace and maybe try to autodetect code language.It turns out this editor for ideas HAS the tripple backtick functionality so I can not type it here, LOL... i'm gonna improvise

Release notes do not contain all fixes or modifications
The addition of this URL (https://support.ringcentral.com/release-notes.html) is great. I was unaware that this even existed until RingCentral support offered it. I did notice that some feature changes or fixed issues are missing from the release notes. For example, how to modify the large meeting license. The process completely changed in the Admin portal and I received no communication from RingCentral about when this changed or what the new procedure is. There have been several other changes to the Admin portal or the RC app that are not being communicated to customers, this is frustrating.

Ability for customers to search for known issues with any RingCentral product (bug search)
Our users report issues with RingCentral Video and the RingCentral App for Windows. I opened up support cases and the usual resolution is, try a new meeting or re-install the application. This is a good first step but it would be great to be able to search for issues or bugs with any product so we could identify if other peers have also reported the issue and if the development team is aware of what versions are impacted or if there's an expected release when the issue will be resolved.

Make task replies column resizable/more prominent in task view of Ring Central App
Once a task is created in the app, the UI offers the original task in the left column taking up most of the space and the ongoing conversation (replies) is constrained to a much smaller column. The task replies are where we spend much more time so it would be helpful to give me focus to that. When resizing the window or toggling the full screen UI element this behavior does not change. Ability to turn off the ringer sound of the RingCentral extension in Google Chrome
We have some user complains about the ringer notification sound from RC extension in google chrome. RingCentral support suggested to choose "OFF" as the RC ringtone in RC desktop app or from web interface. Despite that we hear classic phone ring sound when there are incoming phones. we would like to have an option to turn this ringer sound off.

Ability to answer more than 1 call from a call queue.
Would be nice to have the ability to answer more than 1 call when some calls into a call queue. We have a store that gets a lot of calls and the ability to place a call on a brief hold to answer another would be a great feature.

Update Fax rendering Tool for PDF Files
Hi Team,Please find time to check and update the Fax render tool to support more fonts from PDF Files. currently, if an original PDF file uses Arial font (see attached Original PDF.pdf), all entries with Arial font will not show once the fax has been sent (see attached Sent Fax.pdf). Fax will only be shown properly if the original PDF file's fonts are changed (see page 3 of fax with fonts changed). We would to send faxes as how it was received via PDF, we don't have to change all fonts prior sending the files as faxes.

Enable Short Code Dial Plan
Multiple countries have dial plans which frequently overlap external short codes. Today's dial plan logic attempts to process any dialed digits less-than or equal to the maximum extension length as an internal call. There should be a dial plan to determine when the digits dialed are either a valid extension or short code, so calls are routed correctly

Transfer Voicemail Message to another extension
Sometimes callers leave messages that are for a different department or a different colleague. It would be helpful to have a button to transfer the voicemail message to a different extension.

I'd be great if we could organize this alphabetically. Trying to find the correct location when have over 20 of them can take a while, if it was organized by alphabet it would be so quick.

Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app
Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.
