Please come up with a way to save text message threads. This would be of use for businesses to save their exchanges with customers.

Change default user call handling & forwarding to 4 rings on desktop and mobile apps
When creating accounts individually or in bulk, please change the default call handling to 4 rings / 20 sec on desktop and mobile apps and/or change slider for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding". This is primarily needed to avoid missed calls. No one would ever set their phone to ring for 1 ring / 5 seconds.

Make PERSONAL as opposed to COMPANY the default in the CONTACTS page
I don't have any Company contacts, but I do have Personal contacts. I would like to have the page open with Personal as the default so I don't have to remember to do that each time I need a contact.

Being able to change the default extension
Being able to change the default prefix for extensions, right now, extensions are based of what numerical prefix was initially chosen, IE if your first extension was 605999, subsequint extensions are 60XXXX with no ability to change the prefix. We would like the ability to change the default prefix, and it would be extra nice if it could be based off of Location code. IE US users are set to prefix 20XXXX, Canada is set to 30XXXX, etc.

Requesting RingCentral App to not default to meeting info when using Microsoft outlook
If you want to use Microsoft outlook (not outlook 365), the scheduler keeps defaulting to "meeting info" . This happens in particular, when you do not have Outlook 365 or Google calendar conduit/mangaged calendar intergated. This causes for a bad user experience having to always change the defualt setting.

Allow multiple PCs to use Softphone simultaneously
It's very annoying having to de-authorize a PC to make calls after moving between PCs.

Private Park ring reversion
Public Park has a reversion timer of 5 minutes after which it will return the call to the original person that parked the call.Private Park does not have this capability and calls can sit in that park location forever. We would like this feature to be added to the platform.

Improve on the "Add Phone" Experience
On an existing extension, selecting Add Phone under Phones & Numbers> Phones the screen shows the annual charge if you already have licenses and inventory available. There should be more information on this page about how many licenses you currently have available, and what will be used during this "transaction" -or- at the final step, show a $0 additional charge.

Have a setting when calls are transferred from our office phones to our personal phones, the sound (notification, ringtone) be different...
... than our personal ringtone. If we are away from the office, and the calls transfer to our Iphones or Samsung Galaxies, for it to have a different ringtone than our regular ringtone, so we can know that this is a client calling our office, or it is our mom calling us. Make a setting available on our phone so we can change the ringtone just for calls transferred from the office.

Call waiting for direct calls
Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the Voicemail. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

Allow setting the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to a call queue
We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

Pop up notification on status change
I have some users that would like to see the same functionality that they see in Teams and Skype where they can turn a notification on to see when a specific user becomes available.

Company name in App should reflect site name
We have multiple sites under our account and would like the users to see their site/branches' name in the RingCentral app. Right now, if you edit the company name under the app, it changes it for everyone on the account.

In Call Queue Press 1 to Leave a Voicemail
Callers wishing to leave a message rather than wait on hold would improve the customer service level. This is a global request and expectation.

Allow an account to have lines on more than one pricing plan
We have 150 phones on the Standard plan. We would like 10 of our phones to have the features from the Premium plan. Our rep tells us we would have to move all our phones to Premium to get the features that we only want on 10 phones. We would be willing to pay the $100 per month for the 10 phones to be on the Premium plan but we are not willing to pay $1500 per month to put all the phones on the premium plan when we will only use the features on 10 phones.

On my iPhone, I am able to essentially add myself and all of my info as a contact and can text that to others. Please add this virtual business card feature to the RingCentral app so we can text folks all of our information. Thank you.

RC app Events feature enhancement
- Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.

Ringcentral should have a global push option where i can change all of the users settings at one time.
such as the time zones, the main call out number etc. etc... this is very pertinent in the way big orgs work. please make this happen.

A way to auto-enable log notes and sms for ALL users in my entire organization
My IT department does not want to give them the option of toggling it on and off in the dialer.
