  1. It's nearly impossible to read a code snippet at the moment. Basically the options are to copy the entire thing to a local text editor or download. Please make it easier to view in the app

  2. On Windows the RC app needs to make it easier to text (not messaging) to an outside phone. As it is right now, you have to click on Phone symbol on the left and hit + symbol at top right and hit "Send new text", or go to the + symbol first. Either way, this is very confusing to new users who are being trained to use the app in my office. You guys should design a new symbol on the left for SMS text messaging. Also, the current symbol for in-app messaging is confusing because it looks too much…

  3. We need to assign lines on our Poly phones with custom dialstrings which appears to be only possible through the admin web console. It sure would be nice if customization could be done through your web portal instead of having to void the warranty by providing us the admin password for our phone!

  6. I would like to be able to copy numbers and text from Excel and keep everything "as is" in 2 dimensions (in a grid). The information currently is pasted in a single column in the message so the table format is lost.

  10. The request is to be able to access user data from the Phone System Tab, Select the site where the user resides and have a menu option to show the users only for this site. For example, the menu bar would indicate the following: General Info, Address, Caller ID Name, Directory Assistance, Users. This would streamline administration for customers with a large number of sites. The current way to access users in a multi-site customer is via the Users Menu Tab.

  13. We'd like to know when we have high volumes of calls waiting to be answered. This will allow us to put more staff into the group to pickup calls. This would be better than getting voicemails after they have waited 15 minutes

    Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

  17. In Call handling, you should be able to forward your phone to another users ext, and have it ring to that persons mobile/desktop app. Currently it only rings to a physical phone.

  19. In the Live Reports, there should be a report for # of voicemail. In the Performance Reports, there should be a KPI for VM Redirects. That way, the redirects VMs can be compared side-by-side with the actual voicemails so users and admins can easily find out how many people are hanging up instead of leaving a voicemail.

  20. The old windows RingCentral App that is about to be retired has a very pleasing Smart Phone like text messaging that the new RingCentral App does not offer. Please allow for the New RingCentral App to be configured by the user so the user only sees what they want to see.
