Add an option to disable the 911 warning
The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?

Allow Teams in Glip to use groups as members.
I use a lot of different zaps with Glip. Manually adding users to each team is time consuming. I'd like to be able to assign users to groups and then assign those groups to each Team. That way I can add a new user to a group and have them automatically added to each team chats that that group is a member of.

Reporting needed by IVR button press
We want to know how many customers press 1 for sales, 2 for service. This will allow us to track incoming sales calls etc...

Enable a true DND presence sync
Today you are required to use the RC app to put all of your devices into DND. Users should be able to press the DND button on the physical endpoint and that status should sync over to the other physical devices or softphones that are assigned to that user. This would make it much easier from an end-user perspective, especially those that don't want to bring up the app to enable DND.

Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security
Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

Data Retention Policy Verbiage Update
When an Administrator inputs a certain date for the Data Retention Policy, previous messages stay intact. We would like to see the previous messages prior to the time of entry to no longer be visible. If you click the 'Learn More' link on the UI, it goes to a non-existent link so the product feedback is 'please improve the text' for this feature, there is no indication that the retention policy STARTS from the time of entry.

Calendly integration with RCV for RCO, ACO, Unify, Atos, all brands
Requests for us to integration Calendly with RCV as it is a widely used integration that Zoom and some of our competitors already offer. Some customers have kept their Zoom licenses because we do not have this integration. Another request was to have the integration with Calendly auto generate an RC Video meeting when someone books time with them.

Add the option to delete history messages posted by a bot
When using the webhook on the Glip API, received messages in a Team show only the "like" and "bookmark" button. Over time the the history of received messages is getting long. It would be nice to be able to delete those messages without deleting the whole team, re-creating it again, and ending up with a new webhook token of the app added in the Team.

MMS/Group text capability in Salesforce Integration
In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

Currently we have the setting set to show the called number on the call queue but it is only working on a desk phone and RingCentral Phone App. Hoping we will also have this working using the RingCentral App

Background noise cancellation
It would be great for RingCentral to filter out background noise. For example, if I'm speaking while in my car via the mobile app or via ring-out to my phone, the other party should not hear the the car engine, honking, door chime, door shut, etc. If I'm walking on a treadmill, they should not hear the treadmill. They shouldn't hear kids in the other room, a dog barking, coughing, keyboard tapping etc. This should work via all channels, i.e., desktop soft phone (Mac), mobile app, ring-out. Authenticator app for 1st time log in
requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

adjust length of time before an extension-to-extension call times out while dialing
We use 3-digit office extension numbers. if you pause for a few seconds while direct-dialing another extension the call will time out. I want to be able to adjust the length of time to complete a 3-digit extension dial to 5, 10 and 15 seconds.

When checking voicemails, have the caller's number read by digit, instead of as a number in the billions.
It's very disconcerting to hear the caller's number as "X billion, XXX million, XXX thousand, X hundred XX" instead of just reading each individual number like a phone number is traditionally read. "1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0"

Add Custom Roles to Standard Subscription Tier
Custom roles and permissions are currently available only for RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate subscribers. That should be a standard feature and should be available to Standard subscribers.Not having access to custom roles limits our ability to hide messages, meetings, and teams from our users - functionality that we already get from Microsoft Teams. Seeing these redundant features in the RingCentral app will only confuse our users and make their experience objectively worse. We use RingCentral strictly for phones and should not need to pay extra to get access to fewer features.
