  1. I don't list a fax number and I get nothing but junk faxes sent to my main line. I have a dedicated fax number if I want to receive faxes. Please add a feature that allows me to stop receiving faxes on my PHONE number.

  5. It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

  8. If I want to see is someone is green, I have to click Search, then type their name, then click on them to see if they are green or red. I'd like to see their status in the search results so I have an idea if they'll answer the phone without clicking on them first.

  10. If you set your status for your extension, it displays it beside your name in the messages section. If you change your status, all prior messages also show the new status you enter. This doesn't necessarily work well. What your status is -now- should not be reflected in your previous messages before you changed that status. It should stay what it was at the time you send that message. If I had a status of "Working on fix for E-mail" at 5pm on May 10th, and I send a message to a Team with that status, it should keep that…

  11. In the new RC, anytime you enter 1. it starts to autonumber.I can see how this might be useful, however its incredibly aggravating to turn off or disable when you don't want it. I haven't found an easy way to do this. Regardless, its a HUGE struggle when you're trying to type something that ISN'T a list, but Glip is insisting it is a list.Can you please make this easier to turn off?Or maybe assume that if something is preceded with [code], I'm not going to want to auto-number?

  12. It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.

  14. The old RingCentral had the ability to test to ensure that the headset volumes were working.I am running version 21.2.15.482 updated 04/28/2021. I am using a Toorun M26 Bluetooth headpiece V4.1 which works very well with RingCentral.I can see in Notifications and Sounds where I can set my microphone, speaker, & ringer sources; I see the volume control. There is no place to test the sources like there used to be in the old RingCentral app.I would like to be able to test the sources before I start my day to ensure everything is working properly.   15. It would be nice to be able to leave blank spots on the desk phone, when you have an extension insert. That way you can have your main people on the phone, and the rest will be on the extension insert instead of the misc. people split between the phone and insert. It would actually look how it is displayed on the preview screen.

  16. Right now a user has their own Voicemail menu option to click to listen/manage to their voicemail. If a user is part of a Queue, they have to log out of their own account, then log in with the Queue account to see and manage those voicemails. Or they have to dial in on a phone. This is not very helpful at all as voicemails can quickly grow, and the staff have to keep flipping around in logins. I work in a complex human service agency where it's hard for support staff to know where to tranfer calls (we have 5 offices, 2 different target populations and numerous departments that handle different programs). It's very common (especially with new staff) for calls to mistranfered and the client leaves a message with the wrong staff member.. The only way I've found to reliably send the message to the correct user is to either use the physical phone or call my own number and then I can transfer it. We take a high volume of in-bound calls and would like to utilize auto answer but there are preselected choices of 0s (too fast, phone doesnt ring), 5 seconds, 10 sec, etc. 5s isnt fast enough as the phone will ring 1-2 times before auto answers grabs the call. Having a customizable time would let us know there's a call coming in and then answer it promptly.

  19. when using the app on the cell phone it tends to not update when we make changes on our admin portal. I’ve tried to log out and see no change when new employees have no usage. Also when the pictures of profiles are placed on employees then get disabled there should be a way of automatically disabling it.

  20. Currently, main line is being a default as outbound caller ID of newly created extension. It would be best if there will be an option in creating an extension to choose which caller ID to reflect.
