  1. We send so many texts a day and it would be super helpful to be able to categorize them in folders. For example, a marketing folder, a working on folder, waiting for information folder....etc. Instead of having to wade through hundreds of texts to find the right one.

  3. For individual users we already have the functionality to disable voicemail and instead redirect unanswered calls to a designated call queue. However, we do not have the option to set this same option for call queues/groups.This would be a useful setting to balance call load when one of our queues fills by redirecting additional calls to another queue.

  6. We were hoping to get a feature that will change the extension status to receive queue calls without changing it online or on the app. Certain options can be the following:1. Time specific (ex. Available after one hour or a scheduled shift)2. Closing the RingCentral app and relaunching it or logging out and logging it3. Follow the call queue business hours settings

  7. Needing the ability to control what RC apps display as well as a feature to disable the internal messaging platform formally known as glip. We have a messenger internally already that's heavily integrated with our current systems in place and having two platforms is grounds for disaster.

  10. The current default for IVRs is for the greeting to be played 3 times before transferring to a group or extension. It would be nice if you could change that to 1. I don't want listeners to have to listen to the message 3 times.

  14. Allow OGMs from Prompts Library to be assigned to individual user's extension's voicemail boxes.I have certain users who prefer to have professionally recorded voicemail Outgoing Messages. I wish we could assign those sound files in the Prompts Library to individual users, rather than just to company wide extensions or queues.

  17. We need a queue of two phones to ring simultaneously then, if not answered in time, ring a queue of four phones simultaneously. I'm told there is an "Overflow" that can be setup on the back end, but we would prefer the settings be available on the front end, so that we can modify them without a support ticket.

  18. Other softphone apps allow me to set a shortcut key to dial the highlighted number in Windows. So, anywhere in any app, if I highlight a phone number, I can hit a key and dial it in the RC app.

Currently, if you are on a Call Queue call you can receive a personal (direct) call at the same time and can switch to that call, reject it, etc. We have some smaller call queues where it would be beneficial for one person to be able to pick up multiple calls at a time. E.g. They're on a call queue call, see that another is ringing, and they put the original call on hold and tell the second caller that they'll be with them shortly (etc).Clearly, this would not be suitable in every instance but having the option would be…
