  2. I had a script that controlled a lamp to let others know when I'm on a call based on the position of the status icon. We didn't upgrade our RingCentral app and now it has been moved with no heads up. That's not cool.

  3. All users should be able to see text messages and voicemails and not just the assigned "operator". With several users it's difficult if only one person can see voicemails and texts, especially in a busy office so it would nice if other users could be assigned that capability at one time.

  4. On a desk phone, it is possible to change the settings to see what number was called if a user has multiple extensions forwarded to them. There seems to be no such feature on the mobile app. It would be quite useful if that feature can be implemented.

  6. Our staff appreciate a wrap up time after the call, but not all calls require the same amount of time. To be able to re-enter the queue at will would be useful.

  7. Currently, the work around is to just repeat the announcement in the audio recording that you upload. This does not allow callers to repeat phone number or websites that they may be directed to.

  9. This is a suggested change to the "Delete Additional Local Numbers" area in the Admin Portal. Please see the attached screenshot. Is it possible for the row that has the “Can be Deleted” to be in a different color, something like light pink, so that we can find it quicker from a visual standpoint?

  10. Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.

  11. Would like to suggest a way to have different roles for users for a specific department. For example, if Steve oversees a department of 3 people then we can give Steve Super Admin rights just for those three people as opposed to all users.

This is a MUST, and I need it NOW, I'm in contact with support.Currently Limited extension Phone Ring only 4 time, then hang up.I'm many hundreds of then used in retirement and nursing homes.The Problem is 4 ring(20 seconds), don't Give the Resident time enough to answer the phones.I need more like 1 minute, or Continues Ring with no. announcement. and it's needed NOW.I'm an admin a 3 account, and help manage others

Having the opportunity to automatically message customers with a link for an online form or giving them instant access to information on your website would be a great addition to a callers experience and an immense time saver. Removes the wait time for callers attempting to find a form/ document and time from employees having to walk callers through the process.

Scenario:Initiate a call from the desktop phone.Flip the call to the mobile app.Flip the call back to the desk phone.The mobile app no longer recognizes that there is an active call and does not offer the "switch the call to this device" option. Close and re-open the mobile app.The mobile once again recognizes that there is an active call and offers the "switch the call to this device" option. The mobile app should be updated to always recognize the active call on the extension, without the need to close and re-open it.
