  4. My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

  5. It would be great if an automated text message could be sent out when the caller presses a number or an extension. For example, to get a link to our address texted to you, please press 1. To get a link to our online scheduler, press 2. Once the user presses the number a txt message would go to their cell phone with the links.

  6. Callers often just press any random button (usually 1) just to get to the next menu, as they're just trying to press any buttons they can to be connected with a human. This causes a HUGE problem with the company trying to intelligently route calls, and ends up costing the caller MORE time in then a human trying to connect them to the right department.   7. We would like to allow our instructors to login to more than one hot desk phone at a time. Being a career tech school, our instructors that have both a class room and a lab. They would like to be able to log into both at the same time, so if someone calls it will ring both phones. While you can you call handling, this can get out of hand quickly as instructors move from year to year, negating the advantages of hot desking.   8. Users are using virtual desktop on all screens which pushes the RingCentral app behind the VDI. They would like an option to keep the RingCentral App in the foreground, in front of all open windows, so that they do not have to minimize or Alt + Tab to use the RingCentral App

  9. It would be helpful to start an on-demand call recording within HUD. Already we can monitor calls through HUD, it would be helpful to have recording controls in the same place.

  13. To the right of a calendar event where you give the options Edit, Show Conversation and Delete, it would be great to have the option to duplicate the entire entry. I have to schedule multiple events each day for the warehouse. Every entry for the same team contains the same info except a difference in the job name which we place in the Event Title. I would love to be able to duplicate an event so it shows the same team, title, date, time, color, etc and then simply edit the title. Instead I currently have to create a new…

  15. As of now, the only option under the "Wait Settings" for Call Queues when members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable is to "Wait". Admins would like for there to be forwarding options to other extensions.

  17. Bring call queue management into the app. It's frustrating to move back and forth between the app and the web page, especially on a mobile device. calling from the web page does not work, nor does listening to the voicemail.

  18. This feature would help enforce Caller ID setups and make sure they are always set to their appropriate Caller ID whether it is their direct line, a company caller ID or something else. This would apply to the extension settings in the website, and RC and RC phone apps. This would also prevent "curious" users from creating issues by dialing from someone else's Caller ID

  20. RC features requires an extensive list of servers that the endpoint need to be able to reach to work properly. It would be easier to troubleshoot network connectivity related problems if there was an inbuilt connectivity status check tool or a separate app which we could download to check on the end users device. It would be easier than checking each IP individually for possible restrictions in the gateway device or the device itself.
