On the new "Ring Central App" add the "To: [phone number]" that is being called
On the Ring Central Phone App, it shows what vanity number our lead is calling. It shows on the app which 800 number is being called. We can track our lead sources this way. On the Ring Central App, it does NOT show the "To" and we cannot find out which number they are calling. Seems like an easy fix to transfer the programming from the RC Phone App to the RC App. We just need to know which number is being called. This is all on the Desktop.

Provide a way to directly leave voicemails without first calling someone
There are cases where people only want to leave a voicemail for a person, and not ring a person's phone first. (Ex. If you want to leave a voice message, but it's not urgent.)Please provide a way to set a direct dial number to allow people to reach the Ring Central voicemail system for a company.Without this feature Ring Central doesn't provide feature parity with other on-premises phone systems which all have this functionality.

Incoming Caller ID for Each Company
I have 3 phone numbers under my one account; each phone number is for a different company. There is 1 main line for one company, and then 2 virtual lines for the other 2 companies. I would like for when the calls come in on my ring central app to show which company is being called. In example, when I get a call in to Company A, then Company A's name will appear on my screen; when I get a call coming in from Company B, then Company B's name will appear on my screen, and so on. Desktop APP Personal Contacts: Custom Label for Phone Number
We have users that would like to see the ability to create Custom Labels for the Phone Number for the contact. Creating a custom label instead of using "Other" (or the other predefined labels) would allow them to know exactly what type of number they are calling. EX: We use a vendor for call recording (recording insurance claimants statements) and the ability to add a custom label such as "Call Recording IVR" could be beneficial", especially if a business has several different contact numbers.

Desktop APP Personal Contacts: Sub-Folders
We have users that have asked about the ability to create Sub-Folders under Personal Contacts within the Desktop APP. We are an insurance company and they believe that this ability would help to distinguish between what type of contact everyone is. Ex: a folder for hospitals, a folder for Doctors, etc.

Call-Back Support
Call-Back allows a caller to a busy phone to press a call-back feature key (or sequence). The caller will now hear dial-tone and can use their phone for other calls. When the number they had requested a call-back on becomes available, the callers phone will ring (generally with a different ring-tone). When the caller answers that number, the call will be automatically placed to the original destination.

Don't hide emoji flyout menu on click
This is maybe new behavior so maybe my muscle memory needs resetting, but when I want to "Like" a post, I go over to the emoji place and click to see the flyout."NO. Stop clicking. Now you just hover. If you click, it closes the flyout. Arg."This is annoying for me anyway :) If you could allow me to click there and not close the flyout, I'd appreciate it.

Increase Delegates to 20 or an AI controllable variable
The ask is to be able to increase the number of Delegates from the system limit of 10 to a higher value. For example, there may be a high-ranking executive has a direct EA and 12 secondary EA's that cover if the primary isn't available.

Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

Provide ability to configure use of CloudConnect in Service Web
The aspects that should be configurable include type, carrier, capacity, redundancy and location. This information may be useful to analyze issues and to remind administrators that this type of network connectivity is present. It can also be used as a baseline feature to determine if they have sufficient network capacity for current users and future users (based on current trends).

Provide the ability to screenshot in Service Web
This would be useful for customers to explain issues they are experiencing, for example with the QOS report. By building in this functionality, a separate screenshot tool is unnecessary and screenshots can be produced quicker.

Allow a Call Queue to disable voicemail
We'd like the option that if no reps are available to take a customer call, that the user simply be told that no reps are currently available and to try again later. Currently, that message is ONLY available if the queue (min 5 callers) is full. We need the ability to have this message if literally no one is available regardless if they are the only customer in the queue.

Remove the hand icon when selecting contacts
