Bulk Phone Number Template Programming for Configurations
The request is for the ability to bulk assign trunks similar to users in the Enterprise space. High Density Analog requirements that need our eFax capability disabled (Voice Only) takes a significant amount of time to program trunk by trunk. This could be accomplished by an Audio Codes MP1288 or AT&T Pots in a Box (PIAB). The goal is to be able to set a Template for Voice Only and apply that Voice Only Template to Phone Numbers that will require the eFax to be disabled.

Allow users the ability to be available/unavailable in multiple call queues.
My team supports a variety of consumer calls for different sides of our business. This means calls come in on multiple call queues. Currently, a user can only either be available or unavailable to accept calls. I'd prefer they have the opportunity to only accept calls from a specific call queue at one time vs. being available on both call queues.

Add Tasks to the Events calendar
Really like the new Week/Month Evenets Calendar but would hope to see Tasks listed there too, like it was in Classic Calendar.Also would be better if the view selection of Week/Month was sticky so that whenever selecting Events in the sidebar it returned to the most recently selected view instead of going back to the Events list every time - maybe just add a Calendar link to the left panel/sidebar that goes to that view?

RingCentral APP - Grouping Conversations/Messages
In the RC Classic app, conversations in Teams and Direct Messages group together. The new App does not do this, each message is a separate line and it's actually really frustrating/ugly. Can you please allow the option or set it so that messaging groups together? This would make a bunch of my Engineers very happy.

Allow administrators to administer Glip teams
Super admins for RingCentral accounts can't change any Glip team settings unless they created the team or the creator makes them an admin of the team concerned. They cannot view a list of existing teams.Add a fully functional Glip admin screen

Colorblind Setting
Allow users to enable a colorblind feature that makes presence indicators change to shapes (X, checkmark, -) for "Do not disturb", "Available", and "In a a call". A significant portion of the population cannot distinguish between the green and red dots currently being used to represent presence in the application.

Phasing phone application work around
Ideas:One Glip app with both the individual intraoffice extention and the shared extension. My concern is that using the same Glip app for both the shared ext and individual ext would be ineffecting and very inconvenient). Secretaries are required to multitask, to be able to immediately reply to the doctor and the patient simultaneously. Separate applications allow us to do so. Also, when there is an issue/glitch in the Glip app, it affect our ability to communicate with our patients. User(s) currently taking calls in call queue(s) should be notified for incoming calls
Currently in a call queue, when one of the user is on a call and an incoming call comes in, the user currently taking the call won't be notified about the call. Only the other free users are. As a result, there should be an option in the call queue to notify everyone in the call queue for incoming calls, including those currently taking calls.

Admins : Approve or Deny message being sent to mass notify teams on Glip
We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

Add keyboard shortcut/ hot key to end a phone call
Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.

Warm Transfer for VVX phones
Please change the warm transfer process so that the user that is receiving the call doesn't have to "pickup" or "answer" the transfer from the other party. Our previous VOIP provider did the warm transfer more like a warm intercom where the transferring party would be automatically connected to the party that they are trying to transfer to. Then they could ask if they wanted the call.

Custom Greeting for Direct Numbrers
It would be great to be able to record a greeting for a Direct Number so you can then change what the caller hears based on the number you give them. Then you don't have to create different call queues and regardless of how many numbers you assign to the same group. It would all be about the number the caller is calling.

I'm an Insurance Agent and part of my job is to Document - Document - Document! Get the point. It would be nice to take Text Threads from RC App and Print them or email them so they can be stored in a client management system.

Allow RC users to make internal phone calls after business hours
We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

Silent air time after customer is told to hold the line
If the customer does not press zero, but holds the line as directed, there is 8 seconds of silence. We are noticing some hang ups during this because the customer thinks we have dropped the call.
