  1. I meant to say that the Company Main Phone line (3022136615) is assigned to
    our Autoreceptionist Phone Line (3025048336). What are the steps to making
    the company phone number ending in 6615 a shared line? Do I need to detach
    the main line off of the 4336 phone account so that the main company line
    shows up in the "Number Inventory section"?

    I don't want to change the main number as a lot of our customers use this
    to call us. Is there any way to make the main company number a shared line
    without getting a new number?

  3. Please add options to the media player used in Service Web > Call Logs as current the 8kHz mono MP3 format is not adequate quality for clear playback.

    Options to play the uncompressed/higher quality recording without having to download the recording would improve the function and service greatly.

  5. Downloading the KeyTemplates overwrites the initial configuration on deskphones (CP devices) so that the SIP parameters are overwritten.

    If you want to change the internal configuration (due to network, e.g. is set centrally to TCP/UDP, outbound proxy disabled and a specific port this configuration is overwritten when the deivce reboots.

    Client would request a central point for setting the SIP credentials - to specific protocoll and port for all devices on the account - instead of configuring manually on each device. Thus the overwritting of credentials would be prevented due to central configuration retrieval.

  11. Wanted to have the ability to reset manually the RingCentral app version report. I'm trying to navigate a mess where half of the people in my org had the EXE install and half were automatically updating like they should. Trying to get everyone on the same auto update version and have a report that confirms that’s actually the case.

We are trying to share a call audio in RC app to the RCV active meeting, contacted support was advised that the feature can only share the recorded meeting download and share it would be better if we can share the audio of an active call to the active RCV meeting using the RC app installed app on the PC

  16. We are a mental health clinic and we use a Crisis Line call queue to send incoming phone calls to an on-call physician after business hours. This works well for us, but we have a workflow bottleneck in that our RC admin (me) has to manually change the members of the call queue every two weeks.

  17. Ability to mark all messages as read. We use a texting function from the team messages and in two days I can have 2000 unread messages. My team has gone through these messages so it would help to have a marked all as read function to get them off my list.

    RC extension number shows up as 'external' on MS Teams app when users dial the extension number.

    Desired Behavior:
    RC extension's number and name to sync to MS Teams app so users can easily identify the each other.
