  1. Ability to FLIP a call from the desktop application to the deskphone prior to the receiving party connecting. As is currently designed, the CALL FLIP can ONLY occur after the call has been connected. The problem with this is that once a call has been FLIPPED, hold music will play. This is very distracting to the party being called and does NOT provide for a smooth transfer. It should appear seamless to the party being called and not disrupted with hold music.

  2. When sending a fax via email, the fax header and cover letter currently include the full email address (ie: 1234567890@rcfax.com. The customer only wants the destination fax number (ie: 1234567890) to appear on the header and the coversheet aligning with their branding and improving readability for receipients.

    This enhancement would provide gerater flexibility and professionalism, catering to customer-specific needs and increasing satisfaction with the email to fax feature.

  3. Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

  4. Hello, company with Smart ACR active here. We are interested in the outbound call data of our employees and want to minimize the potential of sales calls being hindered by the recording message. I'd like to suggest a customization option to edit the options for when a two-party or one-party state is contacted, where if a one-party state is connected the call records with no message, and if a two-party state is connected to not record the call at all.

  10. customers who opted to use and/or change to Poly Trio 8300 for its WIFI functionality hits a roadblock as they expect the WIFI functionality to work before or during provisioning. The phone must be connected hard wired first and does not instantly connects to WIFI.

    Does not work if their setup does not ethernet set up
