  1. So far ring central cannot upgrade phone for out of warranty device even the equipment is purchase from them. I (the customer )will appreciate if this is an option without extra cost. case id 21865730

  2. PLEASE add a separate icon for voicemail on the left where you can customize tabs. The one for Phone the alert number includes missed calls and voicemails. There really really needs to be one just for voicemails.

  4. Currently, RingCentral lacks a feature that allows administrators to easily verify if email domain configuration is set up correctly for the email-to-fax function. Introducing a feature to display email domain configuration in the admin portal would streamline the verification process and ensure smooth functionality of the email-to-fax function.

  5. We should have an option to specify even more the access we can provide to a custom role. For example, giving a performance report access to an extension with a limitation to a specific department or call queues.

  6. As the Title states, add the ability to apply custom rules to the call queue template. This would allow the quick copying of custom rules that you would want to apply to multiple queues easily, example being able to copy a holiday schedule custom rule to multiple queues that share the same schedule instead of having to setup the same custom rule multiple times.

    If this is too much of a hurdle, another possibility would be being able to save custom rules and then when in the custom rules tab be able to select a previously saved rule to apply…

  7. Please update the new sms text templates (LOVE THIS FEATURE!) to allow you to include an image. I send out a text message to every new patient with directions and other various details. I always include an image of a parking map for them. The template is fantastic but I still have to go find the image every time and attach it. The template saves me from copy and pasting the text but not the image. I still have to keep that 'note' clip on my desktop so it's found easily. It would be FANTASTIC if you could allow an…

  8. The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.

  9. When corresponding with people from different countries, I have to constantly check the local time of the person I am writing to (so as not to disturb the person during non-working hours). I propose to make it possible to put your local time in the status, which would be updated in real time. An approximate implementation in the screenshot below.

  13. When someone calls any of the companies under our main RingCentral Accout, the App should show the name of the company they are calling, NOT the phone number. Or we should have the option as to which to show.

    EASY FIX! C'mon!

    Caller Calls any of my businesses under the one RC account I have.

    To: XYC Business or

    NOT just the phone #.

  15. As of now, only the Super Admin, while using the RC mobile app, can toggle between their user phone number and the company main number for SMS'ing. We would like to have many non-super admin users (inbound call reps) be able to see and respond to SMS communication on the company main line. This way, the first person available can address the matter in the SMS most quickly.

  17. Currently O365 contacts are listed a separate contact inside the RC contacts. any Merged contacts from different sources that have the same contact number get listed multiple times, these duplicate number matches should be removed.
    Left side top from O365 connection, bottom is Teams/RC directory. Right side Blue arrows is primary number, Red arrow legacy dedicated fax.

  19. It would be nice to be able to customize the RingOut feature's. Such as the message that is heard, the number of times you have to connect the call (or duration in seconds.) When using RingOut with automations, it would be nice to have especially the latter option.
