Be able to upload a list of numbers to be blocked, not do that manually; with a list of over 500 numbers to be blocked, the existing current option requires manually adding number by number

1 Yealink wireless Base to Activate Multiple Users in Each handset
BT Feature Request : Allow Multiple Users to be assigned to individual handsets that are all paired to 1 wireless base
Details : the customer wanted to use just 1 wireless base and pair all their handsets to that single wireless base to save space but would need to have the same users still assigned to each handsets set up instead of the single license
Current behavior : only 1 license can be assigned to 1 wireless base and not multiple license

Download team messaging
I am writing on behalf of our customer who has expressed a need to be able to download a conversation in the RingCentral App. It would be nice if there is an option to download the entire conversation in RingCentral App Message. During post go-live support, some customers do not want to just copy and paste the entire conversation because it captures unnecessary information and its tedious. I hope there is a better way to download a conversation in RingCentral App Message.

MS Teams Integration - Customize buttons (Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax)
On the MS Teams integration, when you open it, the default buttons you see are:
Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax & More.-We would like to have the ability to customize these buttons where we could either remove SMS & Fax for certain users or put SMS & Fax on the 3-dots option or more so it's not included on the default view.

Ability to load a greeting for outgoing calls
Just like we have the ability to load a greeting on incoming calls to a call queue or user; we would like to be able to do the same for outgoing calls.
e.g. as soon as an outgoing call is answered, a greeting is played and then connected to the agent.5 votes -
Desktop Pairing mode using desktop app pop-up dialpad
Currently, if using Desktop Pairing mode to use the app to make calls through a deskphone, you do not get the application pop-up dialpad. If you want put a call on hold or transfer while in this mode, you have to do it from the deskphone itself. Would like to have the full desktop app experience while connected to the deskphone (like the ability to put calls on hold/transfer calls from the desktop app while paired with the deskphone).

Custom Role Creation
When creating a new custom role (using Standard as base role), permissions under "User Call Logs" parameter becomes uneditable (greyed out) once the "Site Call Logs- Full Access" under Multi-Sites is ticked. The need to create custom manager role where it should have full access to the call logs of the sites but should not have permission to delete it's own call recordings is currently not achievable due to this. There should be permission parameters to be added to make this custom role feasible.

Current Limitations:
While RingCentral allows setting voicemail notifications for existing email addresses, this functionality isn't available for "Message Only Extensions" under Phone System > Groups.
Currently, there's no way to manually forward existing voicemails on Message Only Extensions to a newly added external email address.Proposed Feature:
• Implement the ability to forward existing voicemails stored on a Message Only Extension to a user-specified external email address.

Hold Feature - If Hold Limit exceed the Caller on Hold will be transferred to another extension

What is the best way to request some changes to the Porting form in the
Admin Portal? I'm helping a customer port their numbers to RingCentral and
we've been dealing with some rejections. I've noticed the following issues
when using the new form and they really make things tedious when dealing
