  2. Hello,
    Please make an option to select a default email app that is used for sharing voicemails via email. Also when sharing voicemails it would be nice to be able to share the phone number and date/time of voicemail along with the actual audio file.

  3. Feature Request : BT Cloud Work Integration CRM

    Details : Ability to configure and Integrate CRM systems since the customer wanted to create their own. Usual process would be to connect the customer to the developer under RC but it is not possible due to Brand for BT Cloud Phone

  5. Currently, the On-demand and Automatic Call Recording announcement can only be set in the "Main Site". Businesses that have other sites or different call routing for other languages don't have the option to create a separate call recording announcement with a different language.

    It would be better if Automatic and On-Demand call recording announcements have the option to create another announcement with a different language that can be set to the call routing to the department who handled the customer calling with a different language and for the caller to also understand the announcement.

  10. Need RC app to ask permission to takeover default video calling behavior. Client uses a MAC and every time they launch the RC app, it takes over as the default app for calling over Face Time. User would like option to choose default app for calling. Client is Tegna / UID 1853119021.

  11. Announce call queue name first before answering the call. This feature is only working when you have the call queue member's call routing set to answer with an external number and not when set to answer it with an App only.

  14. If someone's name is saved with an accent, it will not appear when searched for in the dial-pad using a non-accented character.

    For example, if someone's last name is saved as España and you search for Espana that user will not appear in the search.

    -This issue is reproducible by support as well. COOPS-9133 is open for this - a formal feature request was requested, hence this also being opened.

  18. Allow users to be in multiple ring groups, so that if one user can't answer on the first 2 rings, he has more opportunity to answer in the next ring group. This would really help for users that are finishing calls right as the phone begins to ring, but not in time to answer before the call progresses to the next ring group.

  19. CURRENTLY MITEL HOTDESK PHONES HAVE A CURRENT AUTOMATIC SESSION TIMEOUT / LOGOUT OF THE INDIVIDUAL PHONES AT 12 HOURS. THERE IS NO PURPOSE OR BENEFIT FOR THIS CURRENT REQUIREMENT. PLEASE REMOVE THIS AUTOMATIC SESSION TIMEOUT OR ALLOW FOR THE ABILITY TO CONFIGURE FOR LONGER PERIODS OF SESSION TIMEOUT AND ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE NEVER. CURRENTLY, WITH THE SESSION TIMEOUT OF 12 HOURS, IT REQUIRES US TO LOGOUT AND LOGIN TO HOTDESK PHONES EVERY MORNING. THIS IS UNNECESSARY.
