Option to disable or enable fax feature for the entire account in the Admin Portal
The Admin should have the capability to deactivate the fax feature for the entire account via the admin portal. At present, there is no functionality available to disable or re-enable the fax feature within the service web interface.

RC Super Admin to have view of Users Connected to Outlook 365 or Google Calendar & Contacts | Or, push from the backend of its connection
Customer is getting reports that some users are not seeing the contacts in the Outlook 365. Only to find out that the affected user did not connect the Outlook 365 calendar and contacts. He wants a view screen on the list of users connected to Outlook 365. Or, if he can push the connection of O365 from his end for all users, being the Super Admin.

IVR Menu for each extension
The direct line for each user extension acts as a company number to the clients. If we create a custom rule for each user extension having it route to an IVR Menu when they dial the direct line, the callers get forwarded to the IVR Menu but go back on a loop if the key press they selected routes to the same direct line they dialed. Calls from the IVR Menu should ring directly to the user's phone instead of routing back to the IVR Menu.

Add customization to RingOut feature.
It would be nice to be able to customize the RingOut feature's. Such as the message that is heard, the number of times you have to connect the call (or duration in seconds.) When using RingOut with automations, it would be nice to have especially the latter option.

IVR menu loop
Calls from the mainline ring to extension ten from user extension if not answered ring to IVR and if the key press selected wherein the same ext is selected, the call should ring and if not answered, goes to voicemail instead of looping back to IVR menu
